The wax quality is terrible as well it feels like a sticker. She had to pluck most of the hair off and with tweezers that are not precise at all. I am pretty upset as eyebrows really shape the face and I take pride in mine. They are now super thin and i don't like them at all. European wax center, have better standards for who you hire and make sure they are PROPERLY trained. Very disappointing because your location in my hometown in CA is great. Do better.

First they booked me a 30 min facial even thought I made myself clear that I wanted a proper facial, not a grab and go facial which somehow I was booked for. I cancelled the eyelashes to have a full hour which was ludicrous. I wakes out with not only mascara under my eyes, my combination skin was not cleaned property and my pores got no attention. The dermatology plane treatment was timid today the least. The brow taxi g and plucking was also very underwhelming. I have wayward brows remaining and most upsetting was THAT MY ESTHETICIAN BWVER LOOKED AT MY SKIN WITH A LIGHT TO SEE WHAT MY SKIN NEEDED. It would have made a sense for her to hand me a mirror and I would have seen while there my face was full of hair, peach fuzz and eyebrows. The reason I'm writing a one star review is that I called two times and complained before my facial started because she didn't look at my skin. She told me "I asked and you told me you had combination skin" well, I find that counterintuitive that a professional would ask me what what o needed I less making an expert decision. I got home and saw so much congestion in my large pores as well as brows. So, I called Kimmie at 12:30 to complain, wanted to send a picture but she client even give me a way to send the pic. I wasn't even offered to come in to be evaluated by management. Kimmie kept asked what do I would I like then to do. Before I treatment I walked out of the room to ask for Courtney who was in a meeting and today was she really in meetings from 12:30-5:30.
