I decided to try this place because I saw it had decent reviews after coming across the Groupon. So…read moreI bought the Groupon and scheduled and appointment to come in for a Brazilian Wax in addition to my underarms being waxed. The young lady who did my underarms was very insensitive in the sense that she did not displace great customer service. The wax was entirely too hot. I do not feel like she waited long enough for the wax to completely dry before ripping it off. There was additional hair in a crevice under my arm bc I am not skinny and she did not even try to remove it and just blatantly told me she couldn't remove it. I've gotten my arms waxed multiple times and never have been told that. I honestly just think it was the technician that I had..cause if I had Aja, it probably wouldn't have been so terrible.

She's also so sweet and easy to talk to. She makes you feel so comfortable because this can be a hard thing to do for some. Getting treated for acne and she makes it feel like a spa treatment. I went to Wendi the first time in April and I was noticeably clear by June with a rare breakout every now and then. I am now fully clear and rarely have breakouts. Highly recommend. It's effective and AFFORDABLE! Also got my first Brazilian wax from her and she made that comfortable and as pain free as possible!!

I have been getting waxed for years and decided to make a change to Lindsay's. It was the best decision I have ever made. She did such a thorough job and I felt so comfortable the whole time. If you get waxed, do yourself a favor and try out Lindsay's. You won't be disappointed. I can't wait to go back! (Who even says that about a Brazilian??)

Overall, the facility is clean, relaxing, and the staff is friendly. I visited for my birthday and…read morebooked three services: a body scrub, couples massage, and facial. One area for improvement is transparency around fees. We were not informed in advance about the 3% credit card fee. Our card was taken over the phone for the deposit without any mention of a fee, and although we received multiple text reminders prior to the appointment, none included this information. There is an ATM on-site, but it would be more helpful to notify clients ahead of time so they can plan accordingly and not also incur ATM fees. As for the services: Body Scrub: The service itself was nice, and the esthetician was great. However, I would not book it again, as there was no shower available to fully rinse off the salt afterward, which impacted the overall experience. Additionally, the service is described as "full body," but areas like the stomach and buttocks were not included, which felt incomplete. Couples Massage: My experience was just okay. My partner had a noticeably better experience--his therapist was very communicative and provided thoughtful touches like a cool eye wrap. Unfortunately, I did not receive the same level of service, despite being in the same room, which made the experience feel inconsistent. I would consider returning but would request a different masseuse. Facial: This was the highlight of the visit. The facial was excellent, and I would definitely return for this service.
