3x's is not the charm! 1st time, I was stuck in traffic and I called spa to report I might be a few minutes late. They were super standoffish and said if I was late, they could not accomodate me and I would be charged for no show. I was literally sitting in traffic on 95 behind a bad accident and nothing I could do. I asked if they could atleast let me reschedule and I was told no. 2nd time, I did an express tan and I had to call the spa to let them know, 4-5 hrs later, I had no color on me at all. I had to go back the next morning to get sprayed again. 3rd time was last week, the night before I was leaving for vacation and I asked for a dark spray. I woke up the next morning and barely had any color at all. I showed up at airport and first thing my family said "didn't you get sprayed yesterday"??!! I always feel rushed. I always feel as if they spend 2 total minutes spraying you and I can barely feel the mist. Employees are super nice. That's the only positive. Their prices have gone up and up over past year and its just not worth it anymore. Too many other options out there. I'm done. read more

I had the worst experience. I gave my credit card with full intention of keeping my appointment for a spray tan. I call an hour before my appointment to see if they will reschedule me due to it pouring rain. I ask them if I could get a rain check, or other services and they would not work with me at all. I came to the shop with full intentions to get some sort of accommodation. instead the front desk after already being rude states "we will wave the fee but this can't happen again" very confrontationally. i respectfully said ok i wont schedule again. please do not give them your credit card info. they dont care if you look good after you leave they just want your money. they offered me no accommodations. nothing. thanks for nothing I will not be scheduling with them. I went here for my wedding. I had never gotten any kind of fake tan before (spray, lotion, bed, none of them), so I was pretty nervous going into it. I did Not want to be orange on my wedding day. Thankfully, a friend referred me here after coming here for the last 10 years. They did an excellent job. I got an express tan and washed it off after 2.5 hours. Everyone who knew I got a tan was telling me it looked just like my natural summer tan, and it really did! People who found out later that I'd gotten a tan were shocked. I definitely recommend this place. (Just be careful when booking for multiple people on your phone that you do it correctly. BEST FACIAL OF MY LIFE. I've had my fair share of facials in my life but this place definitely fits everything I look for. The interior of this spa is very cute and comfortable. You walk into a waiting area with some beverage options and a friendly front desk attendant to check you into your appointment. The massage table where I had my facial was so comfortable; it was heated but the room was at a perfect cool temperature so it was a great combination. It was honestly impossible to stay awake because I was so relaxed!! Sam did such a wonderful job. I told her my issues with my blackheads so she made sure to clean and exfoliate my face and then gave my face a nice steaming session before extracting my blackheads. While my face was getting steamed, Sam gave me such a relaxing arm and hand massage this is where I started to drift off into a sleepy bliss. So many spas I go to, they try to extract my blackheads barely steaming my face so I was never happy with the results but she steamed my face just enough for me to see such visible results. The products that were used smelled amazing; the papaya extract that was used, i could feel it opening up my pores before the blackhead extraction! My face feels so clean and fresh even though it's been about 4 days since my facial. I got my lashes done right after my facial and it was the perfect combo. I was still asleep from my facial and when i woke up my face and lashes were done looking amazing. I had a spray tan appointment scheduled for 540pm. I was called by the salon at 543 asking where I was as I was walking in the door. From the moment I walked in, I was rushed through the entire thing. I had to squeeze in my questions. I've never been so rushed through a tan. My hands and feet are super streaky. Tried a pod today! Basically a pod is a dry sauna, it has vibrations and lights and you just lay there for about 30 minutes. These pods have many different benefits based on the temperature and lights chosen. The screen shows how many calories you're burning. Looks and sounds really cool, but when you're laying it's a little boring, unless you really relax or fall asleep. My pod was set to 130 degrees F. It wasn't uncomfortable at all, and there are two face fans attached to the pod to ease any discomfort. The experience is similar to a tanning bed you lay there and just relax. You're allowed to adjust the vibrations as well. In general, interesting experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The place was small about two pod rooms, two facial rooms, wax room, and spray tan room. Everything is clean and the place is nicely decorated. Boyfriend got a signature facial with Cate, he said she was super helpful and guided him through what she was doing the whole time. Before the treatment she basically had a consultation with him to see what facial would be the best fit. He definitely came back out with smaller pores and smooth skin. read more

I've been to RejuvePod Glen Mills on several occasions now for many facials, organic spray tans, and a few pod naps. Their facials are the least expensive around in the area, while being every bit as professional and thorough. They sometimes run a package promotion which allows for even further discounted pricing in exchange for repeat visits. Online booking is easy to do, and perfect for when you want to book on the fly after their business hours. They're responsive and incredibly flexible in booking, and allow me to swap an appointment with my daughter if I can't make one. I've had a uniquely positive experience with each facial depending on technician. Each brings their own style and unfortunately I didn't keep tabs on who does what & how. Cate stands out in my memory as one of the best, though. Never had a bad experience here. Besides value, what I like is that the staff is approachable. They are always genuinely interested in whoever is visiting, and manage to be welcoming in an environment where so many other shops get this wrong. They listen, keep notes, and aren't pushy with product upselling. I first brought my daughter for a teen facial, they suggested I relax in a pod while waiting. I undressed in a private room, laid in the 'pod' at a medium-high temperature with a timer and cool fan for my face. Soft music and blue lighting put me right to sleep for the power nap I needed. There are other settings for various treatments that I've not yet tried. Spray tans -in general- not high on my to do list. I'd rather be in the sun. Yet if you can put up with 10 minutes of professional airbrushed organic spray and then 5-7 hours of staying covered up/dry as it sets before being able to shower, the end results here are actually worth it. Especially if you're going somewhere the next day or so with a photographer present. I get the lightest color, once or twice a year (start of summer season and in the fall after the natural suntan's gone). The girls who spray are trained to not leave streaks or spots and they're fast. Such a great place, and an asset to the area. read more

Came here when I first started getting lash extensions. They always tried to get me to add on more time to the session for an additional charge so I could get a fuller look that I desired. That was frustrating because I always showed up for my appointment on time, and would consistently wait in the seating area for ten minutes for my tech, eating into the time I paid for. If we started on time I wouldn't need to pay for extra time...The owner was always sitting out there and wasn't very friendly. The techs are nice, but customer service isn't great. They rush through care instructions and charge you for cancelling, yet were always late themselves for my appointments. Also, they always stressed never letting your lashes get wet. Which is true to an extent but it's important you must wash your lashes with lash cleanser to remove oils that break down the bonds, that way these last longer. I was always asking my tech for tips to keep mine in longer and wasn't told this until. I went to a new salon. Wish I didn't waste my money here. read more

I booked a pod session as a #treatyoself moment, a little self care time on a day that I knew was going to be stressful. After watching videos on YouTube explaining what the pod was, I went online to book a session for myself. Using their online website is very easy and convenient, and I was able to pick from a range of times to find what worked best for me. Because I was a new client and never tried the pod before, I was able to use the $10 off offer, so that my experience was only going to cost $10 for the first time. Can't beat that! When I got there, the staff was friendly and the check in process was easy. I was shown to the pod room and the staff member asked me what color LED I wanted based on my needs and what temperature did I want the heat to go up to. I went with blue for relaxation and around 120 degrees. The bed also vibrates. While I enjoyed the heat and the color, the sound of the vibration made it hard for me to get completely relaxed. I felt that it was too loud and I kept trying to block it out but unfortunately, I wasn't fully able to escape it in my mind. Other than that, I enjoyed my pod experience. I may go back to try the other pod, or possibly look more into eyelash extensions. I was happy that when I got home today, I had a coupon that was mailed to me for a discount off of a future service. I had gotten my lashes lifted and was left unsatisfied. My lashes are barely lifted at all. At the time, I couldn't really tell that my lashes were uneven and not really lifted because of the lighting. It looked pretty alright to me when I first looked into the mirror, but after getting a closer look once I got home, I noticed that the right side of my lashes were lower than the left side. The session seemed quite short. I am upset because I can get a better effect using an eyelash curler. There was also a lot of glue residue left on my eyelids. I contacted another lash tech elsewhere to see if they can correct my lashes. I sent her pictures of my lashes and she said they did not look lifted at all. I followed the aftercare instructions and the next day, my lashes appeared to be lower than when I got it done. I wish I could get a refund for this because it was almost a hundred dollars including tip. I would not recommend coming here for a lash lift. I am not sure how it is with their other services, but the lashes were enough to make me not come back. read more
