There is metered street parking available, as well as a parking garage about a 3-main walk away. The facility is clean and well-lit. Still, there is nothing inherently wrong with my visit and I wouldn't return because of the high prices, but it is a good salon.

I did a shellac/gel French manicure and the person doing my nails was so attentive to cleaning up my cuticles and paid close attention to being precise with the white line. Super happy with my nails. Kim's is the only salon I trust to do my nails! It's a waste of money going anywhere else. I've gone here for any special occasion coming up (prom, homecoming, etc) because I know they'll do a good job. Everyone is super friendly and the atmosphere is great. I always recommend Kim's to anyone who asks where I get my nails done and I always get compliments on them! After a few years of going here, I've never left unhappy once. Love, love, love Kim's nails. Great prices, great service, and very nice staff. With my work schedule, I don't always know my availability in advance, but Kim and her team are very accommodating with or without an appointment. They work very hard and stay on top of the latest in nail fashion and skin care. As a Black woman, my experience at this salon was deeply upsetting. I went in for a simple dip powder service, but the technician pushed a Gel-X treatment instead. During the process, every one of my fingers burned under the UV light. I visibly winced from the pain. I felt humiliated and dismissed. read more

I went and got a full set of acrylics, and I love them! The man who did my nails was very nice and gentle and did them very well. I got clear accent nails with butterfly glitters and they turned out very very pretty! I am going to always bring my service here now! read more

Not sure if they delay was because they accepted a walk in but they should be mindful of the appointments already in the system. I also noticed they upsell, if you come in for pedi they get you for a mani and tell you it'll be a few mins. But 3 people were being serviced by 2 people so at some point one person is going to be waiting a great deal. The service Anna provided was still good. My gel pedi only took about 25 mins.
