The salon is informal but don't think they take walk-ins, it is appointment only I believe. There is a nice variety of colors to choose from OPI and DND brands. I like that I can pay and tip with Venmo.

I love it, she was patient into learning something new and tried it with a great attitude. Everyone else made me feel comfortable it was such a lovely vibe. A girl named Sarah did French tip for my toenails (she didn't even work there) but I trust her because she claimed to work there before. She didn't want me to wait. Hehe it was one of the best days having my nails done.

However, after visiting there a few times, I had the most difficult experience during a pedicure. The tech cut my foot doing a callous removal. And, I am diabetic. This incident caused me to go to my podiatrist for treatment, pay for a antibiotic and bandage the area for the next week. It was superficial per the medical doc however, painful. It is most unfortunate, because they are pleasant enough, but, more careful attention to detail is needed. I will not be going back.

She didn't fully remove the prior polish, was rushing and went to do a French manicure where clearly the former gel polish showed through. Every coat I told her I was unhappy but she kept telling me not to worry. I had her remove it all. My nails are destroyed.

I politely pointed out during the haircut that it looked like too much was being taken off, but she continued to butcher my hair. By far the Deva curl cut I've ever had....my hair has the horrible pyramid shape that this style of hair cut is supposed to prevent!! Maybe they need to do some refresher courses?? I will not be returning this salon, and I don't recommend risking doing your deva curl cut here.

When the woman started to do my nails, she rushed so fast that we finished the pedicure at the same time. She did my nails in the same rushed fashion. I had finished 30 minutes before my mom. Unsterilized equipment was used throughout. Her stations were filthy. When I asked her to fix my nails, yet another rush job, still looked terrible. Stay away from this place or ask for one of the younger staff members. The younger gentleman did a great job for my mom.
