I loved the customer service there was no wait & my nails came out exactly how I wanted them I definitely recommend Annas nails

Natural gel set, repaired some cracks and broken nails

Doris A.

This is an amazing salon! I came here for the first time today for a gel manicure and was greeted by a very welcoming and friendly staff! I had a few cracks in my natural nails and Jenny patched them right up and made them look like new. They provide high quality service and hospitality and make sure you leave with a smile. I will definitely be coming back to see Jenny again :)

Love this salon !! Anna and her staff are amazing she's the first nail tech that successfully helped me grow out my natural nails I believe it's due to her technique because she takes great care of the nail bed and never over files it. Now my natural nails look like a full set, which is what I always wanted because when I used to do regular acrylic nails they would always break or lift. Thanks to Anna, now I can go three weeks without any lifting, breakage, or chipping. So it's safe to say she's the best by far in the area. & if your looking for a new nail tech make sure to check her out

I received great service from Anna and her staff. They were a little busy but were more than accommodating. This was my first time at her salon and I will definitely be back.

Highly recommend! After long searching for a nail salon that does a great job with acrylics, I found Anna's! So happy I gave this place a try, will definitely be returning. Absolutely love how my nails turned out, Anna is super talented! A plus is that pricing is also great! Will definitely be my go-to salon now.

Let me start off by saying I was on the hunt for a new nail salon that could provide me more of what I was looking for because my expectation when I spend over $100 in a nail salon is to be happy with the end product. So I came across Anna's Nails and Spa via google then followed up on IG and YESSS!!!! all the photos where exactly what I was looking for quality work. Anna's has only been open for a couple of months BUT I am sold. Very nice atmosphere and decor, all staff is friendly and they cater to your needs. I left there feeling like a million bucks OMG , I had the gel spa pedicure and liquid gel refill with design on my nails spent a little over $100 but it was worth it. I will definitely return

This was my first time coming in and I must say I'll be back! My sister and I loved the atmosphere and BeeBee and her sister were so sweet! If you're in the Wilmington area and looking to get your nails done by the best! Hit them up! Tell them Helena sent you!

Anna's is the best and they do it all! They make you feel so welcomed and appreciated while providing the best services. The place is beautiful inside and you definitely will leave feeling refreshed and happy. I highly recommend this place to everyone! I got my lashes done today and never have before and had the best experience everrr!

How it started....and it only got BETTER!!

I don't get pedicures often, usually once at the beginning of summer so I don't have to be ashamed when wearing sandals...but after today's experience, I will be definitely be upping that! This place is CLEAN!! The staff was all amazing and Joseph did things to my feet...OMG! When I left, I actually said "take all my money" figuring I had enough cash to pay for service, tip and get lunch afterwards....no, this was worth every penny and then some!

I came across this nail salon through instagram and was impressed with the quality of work that was displayed. This salon was immaculate, and everyone was so nice. The owner did my nails and Tina did my pedicure. I was very pleased with how my nails turned out and will come back again. I would 100% recommend this place. 10/10!!

i've been going to this salon for a little while now. i am always met with a warm welcome and kindness. the salon itself is very pretty, i love the white decorations and fur. i typically get a gel manicure or gel pedicure and they do a good job, and their pricing is pretty reasonable. i love getting my nails done here! i always love how they come out and they last me at least 2 1/2 - 3 weeks! definitely recommend:)

Super nice service and quality. The place was set up very nicely and had a calm yet welcoming vibe. The actual service was fast and very well and she made sure I liked the shape and color throughout. Definitely recommend!!

I walked in without an appointment, and they took me right away. My nail tech did an amazing job! I showed her the design I wanted, and she found the perfect colors and brought it to life. I absolutely love the shape, color combination, and detailed design. She also gave me great advice about what would work best for my nails. After just moving to the area, this salon is wonderful and welcoming! Very friendly and reasonably priced too with no long wait times! I was able to get a brand new acrylic set plus a pedicure under two hours. The nail tech that assisted me, Tran, was able to go off of a picture I had in my phone for an idea and was able to replicate the design with a few adjustments. Overall, Anna's Nails and Spa is a great place to go when you want to relax and do a self care day. It's very peaceful and you don't feel rushed when you're there. I've attempted to visit this location twice before and something always intervened. I should've taken that as a sign to avoid this place at all cost. But I was desperate for an eyebrow wax and regretfully let them service my brows. During the service the tech was pleasant and commented on how my brows were sparse at the end, I agreed. Sparse means the hairs are present but not full. So why did the technician take it upon herself to completely remove the tail of my eyebrow? This was not noticed until the end of my service, after I paid and left the establishment. When I got in my car and remove the unprovoked eyebrow pencil that she added on. I noticed the full detail of her terrible wax service. When I return to comment on my concerns, I was met with hostility, racial, profiling, and An argument. Not just by the staff, but also the two clients in the establishment as well. Those clients just so happened to be white so as a black woman visiting this establishment for the first and last time this was beyond uncomfortable. I'll be doing more than just relieving this review to rectify the matter. read more

I highly don't recommend this place. I had to get my nails done over because they did not do it properly the first time, I received the dip. They all popped off four days afterwards. Also they don't clean the tools after customers. They use the same nail files, foot plastic and they don't clean down the area. They don't wipe off after customers leave out from servicing. Just because they have regular customers, which they are not giving back to the community, this shop don't support the community. Also they were speaking another language regarding the issue that I have with them, with Anna redoing my nails. I turned on my translator and heard the total conversation will not ever come back. Don't have to worry about me giving a dime to this shop. Those regulars need to ask for a customer appreciation day, that shop is expensive and fake friendly service, then they talk about in their language. My nails were a messy and they all popped off after four days because that man didn't know what he was doing! I will never go back, I don't care if they offer free service. Beware and use your translator app. I wouldn't dare support them, if they don't support my community. This is why so many of these shops are around here because they don't have to worry about giving back and we as a community is always being supportive and they give absolutely nothing back to the community. Thanks Anna for a hard time. read more

My service was dip powder Nails. The salon is clean and professional, however, my dip powder Nails chipped after the first day I went back and Anna fixed the nail. Two more Nails chipped within the next couple of days. I decided not to continue going back for repairs, nor will I return to the salon as Anna was visibly annoyed to fix the nail. I thought I had found a great salon because of the high ratings that they have, but if the quality of work is poor, the ratings don't matter. read more

I have been coming to this salon periodically for years. I'm definitely not a regular and I know…read morethat I'll usually have to wait at least 20 minutes even if I have an appt. I went recently because I'd been growing my real nails out and wanted them professionally filed and to have gel put on. After waiting 25 minutes even with an appt, I asked the woman (her station is to the right of yen) if she could file my nails down a bit and to shape them up a bit. She spent maybe 2 minutes on filing my nails that ended up looking exactly as they did before. When I asked her if she could make them shorter she started rolling her eyes and sighing exaggeratedly as if I'd asked her a ridiculous request. She was very short and rude with me and started asking me to tell her which nails were too long and then very aggressively started filing my nails which resulted in her cutting me multiple times. She only refiled a few of my nails which I then had to ask her to file the rest so they all matched or else they would have looked ridiculously uneven. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable to the point I wanted to leave. I even apologized multiple times for asking her to file more and thanked her multiple times for making them shorter which she completely ignored. She didn't even have me rinse off my nails so when she immediately went into painting the gel on, my nails had dust and grim all over them still. My nails didn't even come out looking great, the gel is uneven and there were spots that I had to refile. She only talked to me when she was done and pretended to be nice so I would tip her, which I was going to do anyways because I'm not an asshole. She then charged me $40 instead of $35 which I was told over then phone by yen that that's how much gel manicures were. Yen was also sitting next to us the whole time and did not say anything even though she could hear and see how her coworker was treating me. This was overall a horrible experience and I will not be returning to a salon that treats customers so disrespectfully and then on top of everything up charges them.

My normal spot is closed on Sundays ( I didn't know I usually go during the week). So I read some reviews and by the time I was on my 4th salon, I finally found one that was open. I called soon after they opened, told them I needed a mani, pedi- for my wedding. Told the guy working on my pedicure a few times it was for my wedding. Let's start with the good. They have TONS of colors. Although not all of the colors are sampled.. so you really have to go with the color on the bottle and hope that's the actual color you want. Also I was offered a drink (water, soda, or wine) I choose wine, which was a sweet white. Now for the bad. My appointment started about 15 mins late, slightly annoying but not that big of a deal. The water started an ok temperature but I was left sitting for so long it was cold by the time my pedicure got started. Then the guy literally scrubbed my skin right off.. on the side of my foot where I don't have ANYtype of callus (see picture) he also did that to the bottle of one of my toes. Then there is a toe that isn't glossy and looks faded. So we move up to get my nails done. I really wish I had a picture of what he originally did. I showed him a picture and said I wanted my nails to look exactly like the picture. Size, shape, color.. everything. So he starts to shape my nails.. now mind you I have very short natural nails.. and none are really the same length. So he's shaping them and I remind him that I want them to look just like the picture. The length too. Then he said "oh that needs tip" I said that's fine. Then he got up walked to another nail tech and then they both turn to me. The other ones waves me over.. so I get up and go to his station. I show him my picture and he says " oh I thought you wanted a manicure". I said I guess I didn't know what it was called but that I wanted my nails to look just like the picture. Then he did my nails in like 15 mins. The sloppiest I've ever gotten them done. They are a consistent shape, they are alllll too long and much longer then the image and not the same color I showed- these have like a hot pink hue I wanted like a baby blue (see image) At this point I had been at the nail salon for over 2 hours and really wasn't happy with any of the work. Then I found out that my total was $150. Never got a breakdown. Oh and did I mention they also made me bleed in 3 places of my cuticles. I can't believe these will be the nails I have for my wedding. I can only hope I save someone else from spending their money here.

I just get an overlay. within one week I had a nail lifting. I decided to give them another shot and unfortunately working two weeks most of my nails on the right hand were lifting and the thumb that I had the previous issue with lifting was again lifting. I was away on vacation so I was unable to get back in there until today. you can look at my nails and see that I'm not due for a fill. CathI, wh o is the nail tech, was there but didn't come out so the guy who sits next to her "fixed" my nail. not only was it the wrong color but it was streaky and lumpy. once he was done I left. The manager came running outside calling me, ma'am, ma'am, there's a fee for a repair. I asked how was I going to be charged for something that was clearly the techs fault. she's doing something wrong with her application or something. I've been growing my nails for 6 years and have never had these issues. she then informed me that they have policy that you have to get a fill every two weeks or they're not responsible. Who does that??? I've never gotten my nails done that frequently. Long story made short I was charged $12 for something that wasn't my fault and even the repair needs to be repaired. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!! Not to mention that I hardly ever spend under $100 for my nails and I ALWAYS tip above and beyond! Customer service is key and once you loose that with me, you've lost me.... nice place but customer service overall has gone down the drain, unfortunately. If you want somebody to design your nails then Cathy is the girl But you can't refuse to come out to fix your work and you definitely can't charge people for something out of their control. Even after the manager saw the nail wasn't correct she still didn't take down on me being charged. She said if you have to tell him, normally I Spillane but today I was on a tight time schedule, but you shouldn't have to tell a tech Joe to do their job. I almost feel like he messed my nail up so I wouldn't come back; well he got his wish. Again, I'm not new to this place!!!!! That makes it worse. RUN DON'T GO HERE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!

They can clearly see in the computer when my previous appointments were and check the stamped dates on my card before honoring. Perhaps this wouldn't have happened in the first place, if I was asked when paying if I had a loyalty card! However, if they don't ask they won't have to honor it...
