I recommend Cindy for gel manicure. I usually don't socialize and just stay on my phone during nail appointments, but Cindy was sweet and engaging as much as I wanted to hold the conversation. This is an amazing salon! I came here for the first time today for a gel manicure and was greeted by a very welcoming and friendly staff! Anna and her staff are amazing she's the first nail tech that successfully helped me grow out my natural nails I believe it's due to her technique because she takes great care of the nail bed and never over files it. Now my natural nails look like a full set, which is what I always wanted because when I used to do regular acrylic nails they would always break or lift. So I came across Anna's Nails and Spa via google then followed up on IG and YESSS!!!! all the photos where exactly what I was looking for quality work. Anna's has only been open for a couple of months BUT I am sold. Very nice atmosphere and decor, all staff is friendly and they cater to your needs. I don't get pedicures often, usually once at the beginning of summer so I don't have to be ashamed when wearing sandals...but after today's experience, I will be definitely be upping that! I've attempted to visit this location twice before and something always intervened. I should've taken that as a sign to avoid this place at all cost. But I was desperate for an eyebrow wax and regretfully let them service my brows. During the service the tech was pleasant and commented on how my brows were sparse at the end, I agreed. Sparse means the hairs are present but not full. So why did the technician take it upon herself to completely remove the tail of my eyebrow? This was not noticed until the end of my service, after I paid and left the establishment. When I got in my car and remove the unprovoked eyebrow pencil that she added on. I noticed the full detail of her terrible wax service. When I return to comment on my concerns, I was met with hostility, racial, profiling, and An argument. Not just by the staff, but also the two clients in the establishment as well. Those clients just so happened to be white so as a black woman visiting this establishment for the first and last time this was beyond uncomfortable. I'll be doing more than just relieving this review to rectify the matter. read more

i've been going to this salon for a little while now. i am always met with a warm welcome and kindness. the salon itself is very pretty, i love the white decorations and fur. i typically get a gel manicure or gel pedicure and they do a good job, and their pricing is pretty reasonable. i love getting my nails done here! i always love how they come out and they last me at least 2 1/2 - 3 weeks! definitely recommend:) read more

I highly don't recommend this place. I had to get my nails done over because they did not do it properly the first time, I received the dip. They all popped off four days afterwards. Also they don't clean the tools after customers. They use the same nail files, foot plastic and they don't clean down the area. They don't wipe off after customers leave out from servicing. Just because they have regular customers, which they are not giving back to the community, this shop don't support the community. Also they were speaking another language regarding the issue that I have with them, with Anna redoing my nails. I turned on my translator and heard the total conversation will not ever come back. Don't have to worry about me giving a dime to this shop. Those regulars need to ask for a customer appreciation day, that shop is expensive and fake friendly service, then they talk about in their language. My nails were a messy and they all popped off after four days because that man didn't know what he was doing! I will never go back, I don't care if they offer free service. Beware and use your translator app. I wouldn't dare support them, if they don't support my community. This is why so many of these shops are around here because they don't have to worry about giving back and we as a community is always being supportive and they give absolutely nothing back to the community. My service was dip powder Nails. The salon is clean and professional, however, my dip powder Nails chipped after the first day I went back and Anna fixed the nail. Two more Nails chipped within the next couple of days. I decided not to continue going back for repairs, nor will I return to the salon as Anna was visibly annoyed to fix the nail. I thought I had found a great salon because of the high ratings that they have, but if the quality of work is poor, the ratings don't matter. read more
