The lady barely used the hot stones even though it says it on the sheet for a specific amount of time. Then, when she went to paint my toes she did the sloppiest job ever. She got the polish all over my skin and missed some of the nail on my toes. I tried to explain to her what I didn't like and she kept yelling okay at me not even listening to what I had to say. When I sat down to dry, someone else came over to try and fix it but all she did was repaint over what the other lady did. I left extremely upset and wasn't even offered a discount to make up for what looked like a child painted my toes. I'm really upset that I will probably need to go somewhere else and get my toes cleaned up.
