I called on Sunday to see if I needed an appointment and the man who answered said he doesn't take appointments on Sundays. So I arrived at 12:30 and he and a woman were the only 2 working. He said it would be a 10 minute wait but it was 1/2 hour. There was a think layer of nail dust all over the chair, the menu, and the surrounding area. The pedicure itself was fine but the cleanliness and customer service were not great. read more

First time here and I must tell you that I was asked to pick a color(which is normal). I said yes I already did. I showed her and she let out a tisk and gasp at the same time because I picked "regular polish". She said gel was better and proceeded to yank and push my hands all over during the treatment. To top it off "regular polish" must have been old. After sitting under the fans for 15 minutes and then an additional hour after leaving the place my nails still weren't dry. Plenty of disgust and pictures. Granddaughter redid them and did a better job...guess who got the ladies tip? read more

Lee is awesome! So efficient- I got a refill & pedicure in an hour and he was so thorough for both. I showed him a picture of the chrome nails I wanted and although he didn't have exactly what he needed, he made it look exactly how I wanted & checked with me along the way to make sure I liked it. I hate to leave a review like this but I'm very disappointed. I finally found a place that I really enjoyed going to that did a good job. My husband and I went for the first time together last year while I was pregnant and he then got me $200 for my birthday in gift certificates. I used it once for a pedicure before I had my baby. Fast forward through a year of being busy at home with a baby during Covid, being cautious of going places, I wanted to treat myself on my birthday and go get a pedicure. Something I don't have the luxury of time to do ever. I realized that the gift certificate expired after a year and I was ONE day late. And was told that it could not be honored. I called the next day to speak with the owner and was offered $30 for my remaining $130 I had left. Excuse me. After a while of back and forth I finally got him to at least agree on covering my pedicure, $45, and take the loss of the remaining amount $85. Insane. I'd understand if I was weeks or months past the date, but one day. Come on. Especially given the circumstances. You already made your money so what are you losing. I went for my pedicure and cringed on the way out as I handed over my $130 for it. It's a shame I will not be returning to this salon on the principal of this. read more

I love going to Linda's Nails! I see Linda mostly because her work is impeccable. You can tell she takes her time to make sure the nails are polished and shaped well. I haven't found anyone else who matches the beauty of nails the way Linda does!!!! I also love that staff still masks, as a nurse in the hospital & a person with young children at home it makes me feel safe enough to come out and get my nails done. read more

I went here and the guy that did my gel full set did a horrible job he messed up the shape and specially the color of my nails . When I told him to fix it he started talking to his coworkers and then rolling his eyes trying to fix my nail . I got my eyebrows done as well and the room was dirty and she doubled dip on the wax when I said something she rolled her eyes . Do your job right !!!!! read more

Had the worst experience here, nearly left the place crying. The nail tech seemed to be in a rush and was very careless and rough, she cut my finger so bad it would not stop bleeding during my manicure. Another kind staff member had to step in, but the damage was done. Do not come here. Their practice is unsanitary, and the staff is not professional. read more

Please avoid this place if at all possible! I went here last Sunday to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I usually go to another nail salon but that one had already closed and since this one remained open and had decent reviews I went here. It is now Wednesday and the polish from my left index finger is already gone and a few others are being chipped away. When I usually get a gel manicure it lasts me more than 2 weeks! I wasn't satisfied by the quality of how the manicure came out to be in the first place because honestly my regular manicurist does an excellent job at a much cheaper price than Linda's nails. I literally feel like I've wasted my money on here for no reason. Also their service isn't that great either. They'll make you wait a really long time (I was left with my feet in hot water for about 15 mins before someone came to do my pedicure). read more

The owner Lee is amazing. I'm new to the area and have tried so many salons. Linda's has a great atmosphere, they just purchased new pedicure chairs and replaced the flooring. The prices are reasonable and they take great care of their customers. Give them a try...you won't be disappointed! read more

Back in December I got my nails done here, now I never usually have an issue with them I went in and asked for some basic glitter acrylic nails. Everything seemed fine (although $50 for that set was definitely over priced) as my nails started to grow out I decided to remove them since I knew my go to nail tech doesn't usually work on top of work that isn't hers. Ive popped of my nails numerous times before, yet this time it was HELL! No matter how much I soaked them, clipped them or filed them down they were NOT coming off. I waited to see my nail tech who took an HOUR & a HALF to SEMI remove the old acrylics. Needless to say, she was only able to remove 2 of the 8 that I had left. So she was forced to work on top of old THICK ass acrylic. She told me that they more than likely used very cheap acrylic powder (MMA) because when she soaked it the acrylic became very sticky. So after all that work she managed to hook me up w/ an amazing set. Now fast forward... and it's been a month. And the nails she put on have easily been removed. Yet the ones with the old acrylic from Linda's nails IS STILL ON! And in the process of me trying to remove them... it SPLIT my pinky nail in HALF! And bruised my thumb (I hope it isn't infected) and you can CLEARLY see where my nail tech used her white acrylic powder on top of what ever tf they used. This is by far the WORST service I've received. And to think that I still paid knowing it was OVER priced for some basic ass nails. I will definitely not be returning. And I suggest you guys start using BETTER powder instead of that MMA! read more

I needed to get my nails done for our trip to the Smoky Mountains & figured I would try this place. My husband & I have lived here for 2 years & the last time I needed my nails done I drove all the way to the salon who did my nails for my wedding. I didn't feel like driving all the way to Wilmington to get them done so I went here. I walked into the salon & was take to a seat by a man. I wasn't sure about this but figured he was just taking me to the chair for the lady to do. Nope, he was doing my nails. He started filing my nails & then said he would have to cut them since they were a little long. When I say long they're onky a little long because I can't deal with long nails. There was NO way he was cutting my nails because even I don't do that. He continued filing them & I was getting more annoyed with him because I ended up filing a few to show him what I was talking about. Finally I couldn't take it anymore & grabbed my purse & coat & walked out. Now I was super annoyed because I should have left when I realized a guy was doing my nails but I didn't so now here I was with 1 hand done & in a panic because I needed my nails done now for my trip. I was on my phone searching for another place & next thing I knew the owner was at the side of my car asking what was wrong. I appreciated that & ended up going back in now letting his wife take care of me. The odd thing is I told the guy to let 1 of the ladies take care of me & he said no. The owner's wife did a good job but I still not happy with my nails 100% because they were filed down too short by the first guy so I was stuck for my other hand. The kicker was the guy came over & apologized & told me he didn't understand what I wanted. Really? If he didn't understand he should have sent me to one of the ladies. I also thought go myseld6that because of the aggravation & me walking out they would comp my service which was only a $22 gel set or give me 1/2 off. Nope I paid $27 which included a $5 tip. I'm not sure if I'll go back for my next set. read more
