Maybe also the fact it is most convenient location near my job. They take walk-in's. I was able to get serviced right away without any wait time for the last several visits. Had I waited maybe 5 more minutes, could have been different. Most of the technicians are nice. However, the owner was the most gentle. Very satisfying to see my cuticles removed and was ocd with keeping my nail bed clean and filing all my tips to be unison. He was quick, but thorough. So far so good. None of my gel mani has ever lifted and lasts me a good month before getting them done again.

For a total of $99, I expected much better service and results. The pricing also makes no sense. If a regular pedicure is $37, how does adding gel make the price skyrocket to $52? That's a $15 difference for gel, and the salon should really reevaluate its pricing because it doesn't feel reasonable or justified. The technician used a fake nail to pick at my nails to remove my old nails and ended up breaking two of them. I had to ask her to file down the damaged nails to prevent further breakage. The final result was only mediocre and definitely not worth the $37, especially considering how rough the process was. I also don't expect the nails to last more than about five days. Paying $99 to leave disappointed, with two broken nails, is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning.

My normal spot is closed on Sundays ( I didn't know I usually go during the week). So I read some reviews and by the time I was on my 4th salon, I finally found one that was open. I called soon after they opened, told them I needed a mani, pedi- for my wedding. Told the guy working on my pedicure a few times it was for my wedding. Let's start with the good. They have TONS of colors. Although not all of the colors are sampled.. so you really have to go with the color on the bottle and hope that's the actual color you want. Also I was offered a drink (water, soda, or wine) I choose wine, which was a sweet white. Now for the bad. My appointment started about 15 mins late, slightly annoying but not that big of a deal. The water started an ok temperature but I was left sitting for so long it was cold by the time my pedicure got started. Then the guy literally scrubbed my skin right off.. on the side of my foot where I don't have ANYtype of callus (see picture) he also did that to the bottle of one of my toes. Then there is a toe that isn't glossy and looks faded. So we move up to get my nails done. I really wish I had a picture of what he originally did. I showed him a picture and said I wanted my nails to look exactly like the picture. Size, shape, color.. everything. So he starts to shape my nails.. now mind you I have very short natural nails.. and none are really the same length. So he's shaping them and I remind him that I want them to look just like the picture. The length too. Then he said "oh that needs tip" I said that's fine. Then he got up walked to another nail tech and then they both turn to me. The other ones waves me over.. so I get up and go to his station. I show him my picture and he says " oh I thought you wanted a manicure". I said I guess I didn't know what it was called but that I wanted my nails to look just like the picture. Then he did my nails in like 15 mins. The sloppiest I've ever gotten them done. They are a consistent shape, they are alllll too long and much longer then the image and not the same color I showed- these have like a hot pink hue I wanted like a baby blue (see image) At this point I had been at the nail salon for over 2 hours and really wasn't happy with any of the work. Then I found out that my total was $150. Never got a breakdown. Oh and did I mention they also made me bleed in 3 places of my cuticles. I can't believe these will be the nails I have for my wedding. I can only hope I save someone else from spending their money here.

I've been growing my nails for 6 years and have never had these issues. she then informed me that they have policy that you have to get a fill every two weeks or they're not responsible. Who does that??? I've never gotten my nails done that frequently. Long story made short I was charged $12 for something that wasn't my fault and even the repair needs to be repaired.
