It almost appears like they don't want any customers. Or maybe... idk but I have been here 1x then another. I said I wouldn't return bc idk what they have going on. But the staff seem to give off a sense of superiority and like they don't want to touch you or do their job. So yea. I've read some other reviews. And I see I'm not the only one. I went in again today. Bc I don't go to nail salons often. And again no one greets you. I waited a good 5min or so. And the staff just walked past me. Never said hello someone will be with you nothing. So yeah it's a NO for me. As a matter of fact it's a NEVER again. Bc now I know it wasn't just me. They have a way of making their own bread and butter feel uncomfortable and like they don't belong. And what I see in that shop it's not just a feeling. This is how they literally genuinely behave.

I was very disappointed to be told upon leaving that my child is "too disruptive" to return for services. She is 4 years old -- which was known at the time I scheduled the appointment -- and while she did get a little antsy, she was not loud or out of control. We visit salons regularly and have never had an issue. This experience left a very bad impression, especially as a loyal client who spends a significant amount of money here. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I would not feel comfortable recommending this salon to others.

There are a lot of nail technicians, as this place seems to have a quite steady business. I was able to get in as a walk-in on a weekday around lunch. My pedicure was very relaxing. I got one of the more deluxe packages, which came with a hot stone massage and a hot wax treatment. The prices seem quite reasonable, especially for the quality of services offered. I paid in cash and left a cash tip. The salon looked clean and they have nice, functional massage chairs. I would definitely come back.

They still had the nerve to charge me. I paid to have my nails done, not to leave injured and upset. The lack of care, professionalism, and basic customer service here is unbelievable.
