I've been going to polished for a few years, and have rotated through many of the nail techs- they're all skilled and deliver quality service. Huge shout out to CeCe, she is gentle and always delivers! Anny is also my babe, she was so good to me when CeCe was out. I should note, I'm a very classic nail girly, so Polished's minimal designs were totally fine for me. I really appreciate that they have made my nails stronger and healthier as I've gone there. Hoping that as I've recently moved further away, I can find anything remotely close to the quality and amazing staff that Polished has provided.

There are a lot of nail technicians, as this place seems to have a quite steady business. I was able to get in as a walk-in on a weekday around lunch. My pedicure was very relaxing. I got one of the more deluxe packages, which came with a hot stone massage and a hot wax treatment. The prices seem quite reasonable, especially for the quality of services offered. I paid in cash and left a cash tip. The salon looked clean and they have nice, functional massage chairs. I would definitely come back.

Today is Thursday 20th and I called to speak to Tammy so I can get my nails repaired without paying and she said no there is a 3 day policy. I called exactly at 10am on Thursday and Tammy was very rude and nasty to me and her exact words was I'm to busy to talk you and that is the policy. FYI be very careful with this place they have no policies posted. If you go here your are wasting your money. YOUR NAILS WON'T LAST AT ALL........

While she was doing my nails TWO separate customers approached her with a complaint about their service (one was an elderly woman who she completely dismissed and sent away!!) Within 24 hours of her doing my nails, the gel overlay on my real nails chipped on TWO of my nails. She charged me $8 per nail to fix it plus a $2 service charge for paying with a cc. She blamed me but clearly her gel is either old or applied incorrectly as my polish rarely chips. Will NEVER support this business again. The shop was empty so I'm sure many feel the same.
