Another fantastic dip mani, by the lovely Tylah! I'm so glad that she's a part of their team, and always look forward to her doing my nails. Tylah takes her time, and handles my nails with such care. She makes sure that you end up with the look that you are looking for. She is kind, FUN, and extremely professional. My mani always lasts long after she does my nails. Definitely pay her a visit! read more

This salon is okay! I went in last week for a Gel manicure and it seemed like the woman did not even want to touch me. Not to mention, my nails had air bubbles and chipped within 3 days. I don't know if I'll be back here. Ive seen great reviews for this salon and I'm sure others have had a great experience. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same. read more

I so wanted this nail salon to work out for me. But unfortunately, not. I have now tried three different technicians, and the last two were a disaster--bubbly polish, no undercoat, cutting me with the nail file, and super rude on top of this. My daughter has had much better success with Jannie, so if you are going to try this, ask for her. read more

I debated leaving this review because I typically love this place because of how well of a job the tech/manager Huy does. Although it is more on the pricey side, Huy does such a great job that I keep coming back. Service is definitely a hit or miss, based on the tech, which is why I try to schedule ahead, but today I was desperate so I took anyone. I was already a bit annoyed because the tech cut my cuticles too deep that it burned, but then I was charged an extra $5 today because I got a "special nail shape". See photo & please feel free to tell me if I'm crazy or not. I requested to keep my round/oval shape but we needed to cut my nails down because of a crack. I had NO Idea that what I requested was a "special shape" - again look at the photo - my nails look basic and short. AND they're not even lol. At no point was I informed that it would be an extra cost. $5 isn't a make or break spend, but it's basic principle and customer service. I inquired because I was confused and the owner charged in and was incredibly rude, dismissive and tried to gaslight me - which led to this review. If I'm bugging I'll delete this review but I sent it to friends, ones who ran salons, and they all agreed this was ridiculous. read more

Seriously, Natural Nail Studio is the best nail salon in all of Delaware! It's such a chic and relaxing vibe when you walk in. I love the technician Kim who takes such great care of me and my toes with the jelly cure lemon dream pedi! I have never in my life had my feet soaked in jelly and it feels amazing. But it's not just that...there's real lemons, milk, essential oils, flower petals, paraffin wax, hot towels, massages, a heated herbal neck wrap pillow that is divine, hot stones and my color looks perfect. Today I also had a toe that was bothering me and Kim handled it right away. As soon as she addressed the issue, I felt immediate relief! This is my second time visiting this salon and today I had my first dip manicure with Tammy after my toes were beautified! Tammy did such an excellent job. I mentioned how much I love this salon and she reminded me how they are only natural and a lot of people love it because all of their products have zero fumes, this zero chemical smells! I didn't make the connection until she shared and Tammy is right. It smells like a dream there rather than overbearing chemicals. They also have great shield guards, color selections along with matching options if you want dip for your hands and or gel or regular polish for your toes. I'm also interested in using them for some eyebrow shaping and possible tinting since I'm still scared to try micro blading. As far as appointments, I love all the questions they ask. I see some reviews say some odd things about that. I love how the owner asks if you have polish on (they should know that because it's going to take time to get it off and more importantly to remove it correctly as to not damage your nails). I love also how they ask if you want a design or something else. It shows really excellent planning and strategic operations on their part where they are not only mindful of their clients but also mindful of their team's time. I love their cute beverage station, how clean the salon is including their restroom and their massage chairs are my favorite but their service and their people are why I keep coming back! read more

Amy and her staffs always do a phenomenal job on my nails. The shapes always turn out precisely like what I ask for. I am very picky when it comes to my nails but I never leave the salon with a complain. Prices are very reasonable, you will definitely get what you pay for. I have never seen any nail salon has as many colors. I am not sure what products they use but if I decide to give my nails a break, they are so STRONG and HEALTHY. The only thing is they get busy sometimes so I always make sure I either call in or even make my appointment before I leave. read more

Stopped in today to get my nails fixed after an experience someplace else last night, and WOW! They are wonderful here. I was greeted immediately by one of the owners and he explained to me what he would do to correct the problem I was having with my nails. He was quick and efficient, was very kind and his wife also came to talk to me. This was a great experience and I will be back. I had dip powder done and I plan to go back in 2-3 weeks. If you're looking for great customer service and excellent work on your natural nails, this is the place to visit. Thank you, again! So happy with my nails. read more

So $68 for a pedicure and dip powder manicure. I was told over the phone that the dip powder was $30 and the pedicure was as well. I'm not sure how the additional $8 came into my bill. For natural nails, you would expect them not to use a drill on your nails, but they do. The products still have chemicals. I'll stick to my normal spot. read more

This was my first experience here. I decided to come here based on reviews and the fact that it was so convenient being around around the corner from me! Plus, I needed to spoil myself for my birthday. It was easy to make an appointment. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted and waited on. All of the ladies were super nice! I had the pleasure of working with Miss Kim! She did a fabulous job and was so detailed and steady that it was relaxing. She was very attentive to ensure I was comfortable especially when she was moving around my feet during the pedicure or while checking that the temp of the water was OK for me! They had me in an out of there for a gel mani/pedi within an hour! I will definitely be a returning customer! read more

I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment. I don't think I but I was giving one that was just 30 mins from when I called. I got my eye brows waxed. I did not wait. The lady was amazing and I was in and out so fast. Great prices too. read more

Hands down best mani/pedi experience I could say I've ever had. Such a bargain also. Got the $50 special cucumber mojito pedicure, which consisted of a full hour of pedi pampering! They used hot stones, sugar scrub exfoliant, hot towels, hot wax, cooling gel, of course a good soaking, and a worth while massage, and a paint!! It was such a quality pedicure. I had Hieu which was fantastic! The pedicure also included a few minutes of shoulder massage which was such a pleasant surprise. I got a gel manicure after my pedi, unfortunately I didn't catch the young ladies name but she was very friendly and did an excellent job. Quality gel nail colors (with many options on colors), included a hand massage and hot wax! I felt so pampered. Truly impressed, I will be back! read more

My first visit to the studio as I'm new in the area. The staff are pleasant the studio appears clean, but the manicurist cut the cuticle on my toe during my gel pedicure. This was after my foot was thoroughly cleaned from soaking in the pedicure bath. The next morning my toe was sore and became infected and progressively became worse. The manager of the store made me drive to the store to show him my toe, which I did. The only thing he would do was to tell me to go to a doctor, and give him the bills, and wanted me to sign a waiver saying the nail studio wasn't liable. I've had so many pedicures in my 50+ years and this is the first infection. It will be my last since I won't be going there again. Very poor customer service. 7/3/23. read more

This was my second visit to Natural Nail Studio and both have been good experiences. My first was three weeks ago and I had a gel manicure done which has been holding up great. I went back today and Dorrina did the gel manicure, suggesting a color out of the ones I looked at and it looks beautiful. She did a lovely job and even my husband mentioned that my nails looked like they had been done by real artisan. I am very happy and will continue having my nails done here. Leslie A. read more

Staff was rude and quality of service was poor. Don't waste your time or money. We were rushed and treated horribly.

The place is pretty nice. The vibe is chill. I didn't like how rushed my pedicure was, so ultimately I changed my mind on getting my nails done. I don't know if I'd come back, though. They also don't do acrylic here...bummer, but I understand. read more

First timer and I usually don't get my nails done ,but I promised my god-daughter I would , I found this salon nearby and read the reviews and decided to give it a try. They were able to get me in right away. I was greeted as soon as I came in. Salon is clean, they require everyone to immediately wash your hands. Masks are required. They were courteous and friendly. The pedicure was soothing and relaxing, hot rocks, massage, lotion, yes !! I also got a gel manicure which was a first. The tech was so patient and kind. Had a nice hand massage and wax treatment too. All in all it was great ! I have found my new salon !! read more

Best kept secret in N. Wilmington. I made an appointment yesterday and went in today for a gel manicure. First of all, this nail studio is very clean. You get good vibes immediately. They have no tv's and they play really nice music. I felt relaxed, which is how anyone should feel when they schedule some "me time." The customer service is excellent, very nice staff. Overall, the staff is noticeably younger, I'd say mid 20s- early 30s. It's probably weird to even mention this, but I suspect it's the reason the nail studio seems so modern. The lady that did my nails was a bit older. She was so nice and really took her time to do my nails well. I did not feel rushed. Very professional. It's true. It does not smell like a typical nail salon here. They also offer you a beverage (including wine) with any $20 service. There's a min. $10 limit if using a credit card and tips can only be given in cash, but they have an atm inside. Parking is great. Will absolutely be coming back. I called my mother in law after my experience, told her she definitely had to make an appointment. read more

They did a wonderful job! Very clean and still following many COVID protocols. Will definitely be back and would recommend to my friend!

The staff, services provided, and overall ambiance are outstanding!! I had an appointment for my daughter and I to get mani/pedis, but at the last minute I had to take my boys too. My oldest son wanted a mani/pedi too and my youngest wanted a pedicure. They were so gracious and accommodating even though it was last minute and they even stayed past their closing time. Prices are very reasonable and I cannot wait to go back. Alone. Highly recommend. read more

I'm a male and routinely get a manicure and pedicure for grooming purposes. Friendly staff and clean environment. However the quality of a basic manicure and pedicure was terrible. The pedicure was painful and left a small hematoma under one of my nails. In addition, the nails weren't evenly cut and cuticles barely trimmed back. Lastly, the massage consisted of applying a thin layer of oil on my hands and feet for several minutes. Maybe this was an outlier of an experience by one technician but I will definitely not be returning. read more

I really like this nail salon. It doesn't have the overwhelming smell of a traditional salon. I am new to the area so when I found them, I didn't feel a need to look for another salon. They are friendly and have a selection of pedicure and manicure options. They have tips with builders gel or dip, and just regular gel if you like. They also offer you a variety of beverages during your visit. Water, hot tea, wine. Try it out and see if you like it just as much as I do. read more

I've been coming here every now and again for a few years now and the consistency is always there! It's doesn't matter who I have , it's a great service every time. Recently, I have had Kim who's always great. Their spa pedicures are unlike anything I've ever had from a nail salon. They put time and high quality oils, lotions and ingredients into the service You also receive a hot herbal neck wrap as well as multiple massages with scrubs and lotion/oils. The hot stone treatment at the end with the paraffin wax just seals the deal for me. It's a perfect service for wintertime and a full hour long. The salon is always clean and odor free. You're rushed and treated differently! When you want to cancel or reschedule you're being lectured like excuse you I'm calling you ahead and not hours a day ahead to cancel or reschedule my appointment!! I know I'm not the only one treated horribly here! read more

While I appreciated the care when I was able to get an appointment with their studio when I had an emergency and had to cancel I was given a lecture on how I should cancel earlier and how busy they are on the weekend. It is a Friday when I had my appointment. I thought calling that I needed to cancel would have been appreciated rather than rudely treated. I will not return and warn others who would try and support this business. Really poor customer service. read more

I will respond to your incorrect assessment to your poor customer service and manager's overbearing attitude towards his employees and customers alike. This was my second visit to repair a a second chipped powder manicure in one week and one half following the powder manicure. The tragedy in this review is that the manager is overbearing with his staff, interrupts the technicians when working, overbooks technicians when busy and forces them to work faster when squeezing in additional appointment. I have witnessed this behavior Firsthand and choose to overlook his treatment of employees and feel their discomfort during my visits. I am compelled to set the record straight and voice these concerns. I found a new wonderful, relaxing salon thanks to your bad behavior towards a dissatisfied customer. The new salon questioned where my last powder manicure was done and informed me the powder was done incorrectly on several nails and powder was applied too thickly on all the nails. I suggest you correct your in house problems before blaming customers for their frustration with your salon. The poor management and this salon opened my eyes to how management rather rid themselves of something that is deficient than address the present issue. Replying with he said/she said will not benefit your business. read more

In response to my previous review... I actually did ask about the up charge and was told that it was because of the gel... it may not add up to you because you're right , it doesn't make sense, it doesn't make sense how much I was charged. I wasn't going to go back a forth about it due to the fact that there were other customers waiting to check out ( I'm not rude and wasn't willing to hold anyone up over $30) the response I got from the employee set the tone of the issue not having the potential to be resolved. Per your statement of "the deposit will be refunded", I was told that the deposit WOULD BE ADDED TO THE FINAL CHARGE..but ok. Instead of you being defensive, work on your customer service and communication. Best regards lol read more

Stay away from this business. They have no concept of how the service industry works. The woman who runs it is aggressive and rude. She sits at the station near the door and is hyper-focused on micromanaging every single move the receptionist makes. I sat waiting for my daughter to have her nails done and witnessed her attack virtually EVERY customer, talk down to her employees and try to overcharge everyone. She tried to yell at me for not mentioning that I wanted a design on my daughter's nails (I had during the booking of the appointment and then again when we arrived when we showed a picture of the design) but when my daughter was finished and there was no design she yelled at me for not booking it. When I told her I had and another employee confirmed she just walked away, no apology. Her cell phone was on max volume and would ring repeatedly and she would ignore it. She spoke disrespectfully to her employees who all seem to cower in fear from her. I honestly get bad for all of them. Not exactly a relaxing spa-type environment. I will never return to this business and I urge you to go somewhere else. Just terrible. read more
