Nails done by Lo ( I think that's his name). I'm disappointed with his work. He was rushing for no reason. I got a manicure as well but didn't even remove all cuticles. The nail shapes where different sizes for both hands and size too. I told him if he could fix the size nail of thumb Bc it was not the same size as the other one and he said yes but never fixed. Plus the other nails where supposed to be an ombre ( light pink and white ). But I do recommend susan, her work is amazing. read more

I made an appointment for Sunday May 22, at 1pm for gel extensions. They were double booked but I can look past that because things happen, and I've just moved here and wanted a full set. After talking to one woman about what I wanted, another woman began giving me the full set. Not a big deal, I just wanted my nails back on. Initially I thought the nails looked good but it wasn't until I got home that I realized how bad they were. And now today, May 29, a week later, two have popped off! This is my favorite salon. The employees are very personable and listen to what you want. They are very accommodating to your needs and make you feel like you belong here. I come here so often & I feel like I know them. After getting a pedicure I always feel so relaxed and my nails are always stunning for the entire two weeks until I come back. They do such a good job, as long as I don't have a lot of growth, I could wait three weeks before getting the done again. I highly recommend coming here! read more

I just have to say... I'm used to spending $50+ for good nails but this place gives you quality nails for much lower. I started doing the dip nails with today nails and I'm so happy with the results, my nails are stronger and longer and the nail art they do is beautiful. They take their time on your nails! This is probably the worst nail salon I've been to in my life and I've been to quite a few.... they were disrespectful, after we complained about the wait time they said quote on quote "the customer is not always right" They refused to do our nails because we complained about the wait. I got my mani and pedi done here about a week ago. The pedicure was fine, but the manicure was French and the lady (I don't remember her name) did a very bad job with the finishing. There was no finesse to the work and I absolutely hated it. During billing I mentioned the same with Stacy who was kind enuf to fix it all again for me. Her work was very clearly better than what the other lady had done. But what was most disappointing about my manicure here was the fact that even before a week the mail paint started to chip and by 3 days it looked like it was 3 weeks old. Total waste of money and time considering how I had to get them redone again even before a week. Stacy works much better and was very friendly unlike the other lady who was not communicating at all. Just have to reiterate how horrible my experience was. I felt insanely disrespected and was talked to horrible by the owner of the salon. I would not recommend anyone giving this place money given how the salon is operated and the disrespect given to the customers. I waited 40 minutes and when I asked how much longer, he aggressively told me to leave as "40 minutes isnt a long time to wait." He began to refuse my service and try to call the police, all because I asked the wait time. I was very surprised by the way he handled this situation and will never ever be returning. read more

One of the worst customer services I have ever received. The owner of this nail salon is a horrible businessman. I approached him regarding the long wait and he was very aggressive. He proceeded to refuse my business only because I approached him about his long wait, given I had an appointment and waited for 40 minutes. This place was great! Location is great for travelers staying in many close by hotels (like me... couldn't wait 5 weeks until I got back across the country). They offer a lot of services here like acrylic and gel nails, gel polish, and also the super fun new chrome powder look! My tech was very gentle with the nail dremel, great at shaping, super good technique at applying the gel and chrome. I will DEFINITELY be back on my next business trip, and I wish most of the salons near my home were this good. read more

Very disappointed. I took my 8 year old for a mani-pedi as a treat before her cousin's wedding. It was not until AFTER I'd paid that I realized they'd charged me the price of an adult. Their brochure states that children's mani-pedi's are $25. When I pointed out the discrepancy, I was told, "It depends on the child." When I ask what that meant, and pointed out that my child is 8, I was told "It depends on the child's hands and feet." My daughter has an average 8-year old's hands and feet. When I pointed this out again, all I got were shrugged shoulders and the manager refused to honor what they advertised. Shame on this salon for their false advertising! read more

I used to frequent this nail salon when I worked down in Newark a few years ago and I'm glad to see they haven't changed. They still offer great services at reasonable prices and the staff is still super nice. Came here in need of a mani while at the mall this past Sunday with my friend. We were really excited that they were open on Sunday most places are closed Sundays. Ok vacation from New York and was looking for a place local to the hotel. Glad I found this place! Large salon with 6 manicure tables and 8 pedicure chairs... and what seemed to be at least 4 waxing/massage rooms. Went on a Tuesday at 2:30 and there was no wait. Basic pedi is very relaxing. Massage chairs fully functioning. Used a rotary sander for calluses on souls of feet. Toe spacers for when he painted rather than wads of paper towels. Uses an oriental hand fan to dry base coat and colors in between layers. Came out very neat and professional looking. Full acrylic set is done with brush, acrylic liquid, and acrylic powder. Not a dip set, thank goodness. Those never last on my nails. Typical electric drill for filing down. Nothing extravagant, but still a good professional job. $50 total for pedi and full acrylic set with regular color polish (not gel). read more

Couldn't be happier with my experience! It was extremely crowded when I walked in but the ladies immediately greeted me and did everything they could to get me in quickly. After a short wait, I sat down for my pedicure which was amazing! They did an excellent job and spent a lot of time on me even though they were so busy. Got a gel manicure (they charge $27 here when most places in the area charge $25), I had 4 nails chip within less than a week of getting them done. Went in to get them fixed and there was a long wait so I asked if I could make an appointment. Was rudely told that you can't make an appointment to fix nails and they wouldn't be able to help me for a very long time. Went in after the weekend, woman remembered me and was immediately extremely rude. Said they had a 3 day gel nail guarantee and couldn't help that I had thin nails... I get gels done all the time and have never had this issue. Told me they would charge me $2 per nail. Finally got her to agree to fix one that had completely come off. Left and said thank you and she ignored me. Rudest place I have ever been to, they use the cheapest gel which is why they only have a 3 day guarantee (no OPI, Essie, or any other top brand), and are more expensive than any other place in the area. I've been here several times to get gel manicures and have always had a great experience. They have tons of colors to choose from and friendly staff. Manicures have lasted 3 weeks easily. I'm someone who always has their nails painted so I'm a little particular when it comes to a manicure and would highly recommend this salon. I have gone 2 times to get my eyebrows waxed and couldn't be happier. The are always quick to get me back there and super friendly. First time they did a great job and the second time I said I didn't want to go any thinner and she made sure that didn't happen.
