Love how my nails came out! Service was really fast and they did a lovely job. Took off my old polish, filled my acrylics, and did the new polish + design in about 45 minutes for a reasonable price. (Excuse my dry hands in the photos.)

They ladies at the salon are super sweet and very friendly. The salon is absolutely beautiful and the prices are very reasonable. Not to mention when you get a pedicure you get a package that has a new nail file, buffer and other items needed for a pedicure. So you're not getting anyone else's dead skin cells on you. I will definitely keep coming back and will make sure I send referrals.

DO NOT get your eyebrows waxed here! Did great on my nails but burned my skin very badly. Wax was way too hot. Not only is it painful but very noticeable.

I'm a licensed Cosmetology Instructor and started in this business 33 years ago. This salon is CLEAN! Not a big salon, I think there are only 2 nail technicians but, they both do amazing work. Clean, attention to details and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended. read more

I came here to get my nails done while visiting family. I was so excited because I was able to book online. The salon was very nice and the was nice as well. I had a nice conversation with my nail tech as well. My nails were very nice and lasted a long time. I was grateful for the experience because it's hard entrust someone doing your nails outside of who you are used to. I would def recommend this nail salon read more

I walked in for full service today around 2:15pm and the receptionist told me they wouldn't have time to do my nails. I was confused so I asked if they close at 3? He told me No, they are by appointments only. Mind you, there is 1 person doing everything, so I get it. However, the way they stared at me with distaste was uncomfortable and I wasn't asked if I wanted to make an appointment read more

I'm new to the area so I tried the salon versus a nail salon I was going to in Newcastle couple of minutes away (Sky Nails) was very busy so that's why I decided to try a different nail salon. I didn't realize you had to make an appointment. (Even though Covid is over but OK.) the guy that did my nails was not very nice. As a matter fact he was very short with me and to the point, maybe because I didn't make an appointment that I didn't know I had to make. But who, by the time everything was said, and done, he gave me my receipt and walked away before I even finished signing it. I had to walk his tip over to his workstation because he didn't even say goodbye. So I have to make a decision, sky nails that's extremely busy and the owner is very nice and friendly or there's no Salon very nice. I guess I will sit and wait at sky nails read more

Super nice family run business with very experienced nail techs. I got a full acrylic set and when I showed him the reference picture he immediately picked the correct color and shaped them exactly how I wanted. Not super expensive either for what you get read more

I never would have known this place was there if it weren't for yelp! I'm so glad I tried it! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment for a pedicure. They asked if I was okay waiting, which I was. They let me wait in the massage chair with my feet soaking. The girls working there are SO sweet, and they do an awesome job. Prices were great. A decent nail salon but I wasn't completely happy. The staff was very friendly and they were able to squeeze me in on a busy Friday afternoon/evening. I got a glittery dip which was really thick but the lady warned me it will be a bit thicker. However, it still looked a bit unnatural and clunky which isn't usually the case with acrylic nails I would get. They also didn't use the sanitary method to dip but dipped my nails in the powder. read more

I chose this place based on the yelp reviews and couldn't agree more. I am out of town and had a fingernail come off right before my company Xmas party. I have an intricate design on my nails from another salon and figured maybe they could just do a solid color that matches on that nail and the corresponding nail on the other hand but instead they took the time to match it perfectly even with the design. I also got a pedicure and they went out of their way to give me a festive design by putting one color over another. They are so sweet and kind - great service and a great finished product!!! i went here for 3 years! they are the BEST! so clean, so detail oriented, the salon is beautiful. i love them so much, the only reason i no longer go there is because i moved. i cannot recommend them enough. i get dip powder but i got all my roommates to go and they would get acrylic and gel as well! read more

Clean, friendly, and reliable service. This is the first time ever that I've found a salon I trust enough to make an appointment every two weeks. I feel completely safe as they only take a certain number of people at one time, and there are plexiglass partitions in between each chair and between the client and technician as well. Be sure to make an appointment as they fill up quickly! read more

My daughter took me here because she said it was great. She made a second appointment for me with the head tech. When I went for my appointment, they had a young boy do my nails and I wasn't totally happy. I went back one more time and was given to the young man. I just don't liked to be practiced on. I can go to Schilling Douglass and get better service. read more

Oh my goodness, I always got dip powder nails in New Jersey but since I'll be moving down to Delaware soon I needed to find a nail tech to do my dip nails. I've had some horrible experiences with inexperienced nails teach in the past attempting to do dip powder on my nails; they came out super bumpy, uneven, and started lifting off my nails within one week, but Phamtastic nails did not disappoint. Making an appointment online was super easy, the prices are very reasonable, the nail tech was such a sweetheart and most importantly, my nails look gorgeous!!!! I just got them done today so I'll be seeing how they wear as time goes on, but right now I'm very happy and would absolutely recommend this place! read more

This is my second visit to Pham-Tastic Nail salon. It is owned by 2 sisters Linh and Lili. They are both very sweet and very dedicated to what they do. Today was the second time I have been there, the first time I had one of the deluxe pedicures with a foot mask, and a regular manicure. It was wonderful. Today I had the basic pedicure and again it was a fantastic experience. Lihn was my technician both times. I would suggest making an appointment as they are a small growing salon. Both times I made my appointment my technician was ready to take me at the scheduled time. They offer you a complementary water or soft drink upon arrival and the salon itself is immaculate. I have lived in Delaware for 4 years and this salon is the best one I have been to. They have found a loyal customer in me! read more

I went here a few weeks ago when I needed to get my nails re done for New Year's Eve and I was unfamiliar with the area, being that i was visiting from out of town. I got my dip powder/tips removed and got a normal light pink dip put on. But, the "top coat" the man used tinted my nails even more pink(the polish inside was pink) so that changed the color of the powder! I am unsure if this was proper procedure but why wouldn't they use a clear coat? Seems sketchy. read more

The young lady who did my underarms was very insensitive in the sense that she did not displace great customer service. The wax was entirely too hot. I do not feel like she waited long enough for the wax to completely dry before ripping it off. There was additional hair in a crevice under my arm bc I am not skinny and she did not even try to remove it and just blatantly told me she couldn't remove it. I've gotten my arms waxed multiple times and never have been told that. I honestly just think it was the technician that I had..cause if I had Aja, it probably wouldn't have been so terrible.

My normal spot is closed on Sundays ( I didn't know I usually go during the week). So I read some reviews and by the time I was on my 4th salon, I finally found one that was open. I called soon after they opened, told them I needed a mani, pedi- for my wedding. Told the guy working on my pedicure a few times it was for my wedding. Let's start with the good. They have TONS of colors. Although not all of the colors are sampled.. so you really have to go with the color on the bottle and hope that's the actual color you want. Also I was offered a drink (water, soda, or wine) I choose wine, which was a sweet white. Now for the bad. My appointment started about 15 mins late, slightly annoying but not that big of a deal. The water started an ok temperature but I was left sitting for so long it was cold by the time my pedicure got started. Then the guy literally scrubbed my skin right off.. on the side of my foot where I don't have ANYtype of callus (see picture) he also did that to the bottle of one of my toes. Then there is a toe that isn't glossy and looks faded. So we move up to get my nails done. I really wish I had a picture of what he originally did. I showed him a picture and said I wanted my nails to look exactly like the picture. Size, shape, color.. everything. So he starts to shape my nails.. now mind you I have very short natural nails.. and none are really the same length. So he's shaping them and I remind him that I want them to look just like the picture. The length too. Then he said "oh that needs tip" I said that's fine. Then he got up walked to another nail tech and then they both turn to me. The other ones waves me over.. so I get up and go to his station. I show him my picture and he says " oh I thought you wanted a manicure". I said I guess I didn't know what it was called but that I wanted my nails to look just like the picture. Then he did my nails in like 15 mins. The sloppiest I've ever gotten them done. They are a consistent shape, they are alllll too long and much longer then the image and not the same color I showed- these have like a hot pink hue I wanted like a baby blue (see image) At this point I had been at the nail salon for over 2 hours and really wasn't happy with any of the work. Then I found out that my total was $150. Never got a breakdown. Oh and did I mention they also made me bleed in 3 places of my cuticles. I can't believe these will be the nails I have for my wedding. I can only hope I save someone else from spending their money here.

I've now been here with my friend twice -- from the moment we entered, it was the best experience from beginning to end. Upon entering, you're offered a free beverage (I got a green tea, which was very very good), and welcomed by serene music. I got a set of acrylic nails here for the first time in my life, and I experienced zero discomfort. In fact, it went quite fast and was really fun to watch. I've sat with Linh, Lina, and Ruby over the two times I've been there now, and they are so sweet, so fun to talk to, and so professional! They always remind us that if anything goes wrong, we should come back and they'll fix it for free. I went back for an acrylic fill and gel color change, and I have always been satisfied (also they always entertain me and give me a glitter accent nail!). Also, as someone from Brooklyn, this place is SO affordable! It's honestly a really nice treat because it doesn't hurt my wallet too much, they have a punch card coupon for $10 off after nine visits, and tipping doesn't break the bank (tip them). I moved to DE about 2 years ago and have been to about 20 nail salons before finding this GEM of a place. I am not a picky person but I couldn't find a nail salon that I liked for the life of me. I made an appointment for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. Amy was my technician and she did an AMAZING job. The place is super clean. Staff is friendly. It's not crazy crowded and it's very relaxing. Also, if you're concerned about COVID protocols, they do a great job at making sure everyone is safe. My only complaint is that I didn't find this place sooner. My dip manicure is over a month old and every nail is still in tact (and I was on vacation). It was an awesome experience. I went for a mani pedi. Pedicure was very nice and relaxing done by a new technician who was very kind. My manicure color I chose showed a lot of imperfections once it was done and the owner wasn't satisfied (even though there was only 3 nails I was concerned with) so she asked if i had time for her to redo it and I chose a different pink and it turned out beautiful! The friendliest sisters own the place and it's only 6 months old ... I highly recommend taking your business here. You won't regret it! They also tell you on your way out the door that if you have a chip within 3 days following your appointment to come back and they'll fix for free. Awesome customer service. read more

This place is amazing!! Recently opened and owned by three sisters. I went for my first visit this past Friday. Service was amazing. I went in not knowing what I wanted. I wanted something I've never tried. That's exactly what I got. Leena helped me choose. I got a sparkle ombre with a holographic agent nails. So beautiful, especially in the sun. And since it is available in many different fun colors, this will be my go to summer look!! They always made sure I was comfortable and got exactly what I wanted. I will be back. My dad and I were passing through Delaware on a road trip, and we decided to get mani-pedis together, so I checked Yelp to look at reviews for local places. We decided that with all 5-star reviews, they had to be amazing, and we were not disappointed. Besides being the coziest, most professional, and meticulous nail salon I've been to, the women were kind, funny, and some of the most genuine and sweetest people I've had the pleasure of meeting. I got a lovely set of gel dip and they came out flawlessly. Experience from walking in until finished was amazing! My nail tech took her time yet very efficient. I just got the basic pedicure and I loved how I was also giving nice exfoliating scrub massage on my legs during my pedicure. Most importantly, it was CLEAN and sanitary! All tools were packed and new and I liked how they have the plastic pull over for the pedicure foot spa. Other salons in the Area don't usually do that. read more

At 66, as a musician, got my first manicure today. Called at 10:30 and received an 11:45 appt. I'm a guy who usually takes care of his own nails, both up and down. Pham-Tastic Nails was excellent! She trimmed excess cuticle and skin, polished, and was very detailed and precise. She finished with base and hardener. They look great and very healthy. She knows her business.
