After years of fussing with my old nail tech, I went to this salon on the recommendation of my daughter in law. Shop was clean. Receptionist was friendly and professional. Check in was easy. The wait was approx. 15 mins (not bad for a walk in) for Linden. Linden was very professional, courteous and HE LISTENED to what I wanted! He's skills are amazing and he paid attention to detail. I saw a young man there several times. The last time he seemed really annoyed my fingers wouldn't bend the way he needed them to. At the end he just threw my hands down and got up and walked away. I went to Linden Nails for the first time about a week and a half ago needing a scenery change from my other nail salon, and they used hot gel on my nails.... I've been using normal acrylic for my nails for years and have thankfully never broken a nail. My nails now with the hot gel have lifted, and broken off and i need to get my nails done even sooner. We used OPI nail polish and the paint has chipped, scratched and has gotten extremely dull... Not to mention my nails were $75 tip not included for almond nails with no design. i will be returning to my normal nail salon where i can get design and length and great customer service but for only $45. NOT RETURNING!!!! read more

The place is not Personable AT ALL! The technician was on the phone the entire time and the owner and his client who obviously lives in the complex was engaged in a full on gossip fest. All this and the service rendered was grossly overpriced. Good luck to you but it won't be on my dime. I do not recommend this salon in a dire emergency. read more

have had nails done over 40 yrs. my nail tech moved so tried Linden a lady Ruby who clearly was not good. I now have to get a new set as she glued cracked nails versus putting new nail tip on where it can get wet and fungus despite me telling her I'm diabetic and was ok to replace it. After much back and forth with management they gave me back $55 of $92 plus tip back cash because I refused to go back. save your $$ get good recommendations from people who actually get nails done there to prevent exoeriencing my nightmare! not sure what other techs are like there but if you go skip Ruby for sure. They are crooked, thick and ends not even painted. It was close to closing and I'm in poor health had already been long day for me so it was dark when I left didn't really see them well until I got home and called plus left reviews but no answers til next day. very pricey for plain pedi and fill also. read more

Was not happy with the job they did on my nails. When I walked in there the person in the front desk & was not very pleasant. They couldn't take me that day so I scheduled an appointment for the following day.People were not very friendly like I'm used to going to Jades and Pike Creek for years. So per my mom I finally went to Chic Varnish Nails next to Twist'd tomato I was very satisfied. So for all you people that are going at linden stop and go to Chic so much more friendlier cleaner and they actually respect you there were at Linden they did not. Pushed me in & out & didn't even do have of what I had done today. Sorry but u need to be more personable if you want to do that job you're doing. Decent quality, but high pricing. With such high pricing they really shouldn't nickel and dime you for everything, but they absolutely do. You'll pay extra for paying with credit card, if you want basic designs (even French), to cut your cuticles (isn't that what a "manicure" is?!) if you want to use more than one color, or if you want shaping other than square or oval. They're also not the friendliest or customer service oriented people. read more

This place is HORRIBLE! I had a bad experience there about a year ago where one of the technicians was in a foul mood the entire time he did my nails. When he finished and I went to give him a tip, he snatched it out of my hands and stomped off. I didn't go back for about a year and then decided to give them another try. Everyone has a bad day. This time the technician, Heidi was amazing and did a great job. But the woman at the front desk is awful. She's rude if you try to ask a question, she hurried me back to the pedicure chair without answering my question and then when I tried to ask again, she came over to Heidi's station and told me I needed to make a decision right then on whether or not I was getting chrome. I told her to forget it since I couldn't get an answer and I didn't want to leave Heidi. When I went to pay they charged me more than the listed price. When Heidi tried to explain, the woman at the front desk stopped her. I didn't want them retaliating against Heidi so I paid but I will never go back. There are too many great nail salons in Pike Creek and Hockessin. Stay clear of this one! read more

Best Pedicure I have ever had!!! Wine, massage, cookies. So relaxing! They are very nice and very clean.

I went there the first time and I thought it was nice. My my gel manicure started coming off after 4 days. Then I went back soon after that to get a dip powder manicure and gel pedicure. And the guy that did my nails , was being too rough with my manicure and my hands hurt from the side after since he kept hold my hands hard. And pulling them. Also he didn't even do gel pedicure and he just did regular. Honestly, I left after very disappointed but I did pay everything. I won't be coming back , nor would I recommend my friends to come. I was mad since I don't think no one should get treated bad. Also since I was the only Latina getting my nails done there , I notice that American girls were getting better treatment then me :/ :( . read more

Crowded - Very close to other patrons - some partitions up, some not. Pretty basic pedicure for the price. Not very relaxing experience.

My daughter and I had a girls day and got mani/pedis. Facility is extremely clean and Covid safety conscious. I'm always doing things both inside and outside with my hands and noticed a chip in my gel nail polish. I called the salon and they gladly redid it even 5 days later. I went to get my nails done right before Christmas. Only the 3rd time I've ever had them done so all procedures are new to me. The technician (a male) proceeded to file the tops of my nails like there's no tomorrow. It went on and on, to the point that I looked at my daughter and asked if this was normal. The manicure itself took an inordinately long time though I was happy with the results. 2+ weeks later and the polish started to pull off. No problem with that as that seemed usual. With the polish off, I noticed that my once thick and strong nails are now thin and peeling. The damage that his filing did to my nails is incredible! It will take months for the damaged nails to grow out. I will never go to this salon again and would discourage anyone from going there or at least to this technician. read more

I'm currently in cosmetology school and I had one of the girls in my class experiment with dip nails on Thursday 9/12. Well it turned out really bad and i had a wedding to go to in 2 days so i figured i would check this place out since I've seen their good work on Instagram. Called and made an appt on 9/13 after class. When i walked in it was very nice and shiny and bright in there. The owner and i believe his wife both worked on my nails. They took very good care of them because my nails are very thin. They're on point with their sanitation. They fixed my nails and made them look amazing. I told them I'll be back to get them done again. 10/10 recommend this place!! read more
