I picked my color ( they have a pretty huge selection) and waited my turn. The salon is clean, quiet. Cash tip only unless you want to send via Venmo or cash app which I what I had to do. I quickly notice my turn wouldn't be in 5 or even 10 mins. My 1:15 appointment was not serviced until 1:44. They only had 2 people working. One was Anna (which is who serviced me) even though my appt was with an Amy but I'm not sure if she was even there. Not sure if they delay was because they accepted a walk in but they should be mindful of the appointments already in the system. I also noticed they upsell, if you come in for pedi they get you for a mani and tell you it'll be a few mins. But 3 people were being serviced by 2 people so at some point one person is going to be waiting a great deal. The service Anna provided was still good. My gel pedi only took about 25 mins. She was efficient but not in a hurry. I'm just not sure if they salon is staffed appropriately.

I planned on going to get a pedicure but honestly didn't realize that this nail salon was in the shopping center near by until I decided to take a walk. I called before I went in since it was early Saturday afternoon and usually shops are very busy. Considering the service that I received I am surprised it was not busy. I know that there are numerous salons in the area that have the "fancy" atmosphere at similar if not more expensive prices, I prefer a more local and personal experience compared to the appearance of such. The shop was clean, my nail technician he was extremely nice on the phone and also while completing my service (I love pleasant energy that makes me smile/ laugh and he certainly did that). I felt like I had the attention and time spent to provide me with great spa pedicure; at many of the other salons depending on the number of clients it can determine how much time and care is given to you. I appreciated the reminder that I was there to relax while getting some self care and honestly that was also what the atmosphere was giving. I don't live too far in the Pike Creek area and I think this may be my new go to spot. I would certainly recommend trying!
