I can honestly say that Charmed Medispa is who I have to thank for my amazing skin. I recently turned 30 and let's face it...it's right around this time you really start seeing the damage you created in your young 20s. I got my first treatment of botox somewhere in MD due to covid having charmed closed down (since Md opened back up sooner). Last week I was ready for more so I went to my original choice, charmed Medispa, due to friends experiences and WOW! It was beautiful, everyone was so friendly and we discussed my previous botox experience and how I was somewhat satisfied but didn't think it was enough. Sure enough, we talked through exactly what I was looking for and that I didn't get enough units at the first place I went. We also discussed my budget and figured out a plan on what areas I needed help in the most. Let's just say, I can tell a major (natural) difference than my first experience and I am SO happy with how charmed Medispa helped out my wrinkly forehead !!! I will never go anywhere else ! Well, I don't know where to begin other than I have never felt so offended in my life. I have been to this center two times in 2019 and was quite happy with the results. Unfortunately, I was not able to continue "treatment" during the pandemic and recently decided it was time to make another appointment. I made my appointment on 4/19, and they took my visa card number and charged me a $75 deposit. On 4/20, while I was completing forms in the patient portal, Leslie called and told me she spoke with the medical director Ann Marie D'Amico and they decided I was not a good fit, they were refunding my deposit and canceling my appointment I took time off from work to attend. Leslie would not give me any reason other than I was "not a good fit". Their patient portal contains errors, stating I had three canceled appointments (I remember canceling one, however not two) and why would I schedule an appointment one month after having "treatment"? A lot of mistakes on their part. Not cool. I do not recommend this establishment, they are shady and do not have the decency to tell me why I am not a good fit. If for some reason they looked into my medical history (I know they have access because the medical director is an ob/GYN with CC) and decided I was not a good fit because of my medical history, the least they could do was tell me that was the reason instead of me not being a good fit. I now see why they are not affiliated with the Better Business Bureau...THEY are not a good fit. Do not give them your business. read more

I had a very positive experience at Charmed. They are very professional and don't try to "up sell" you. She took the time to educate me about not only products, but also procedures. I had negative outcomes from a previous Botox treatment at another Medispa, and she was able to tell me what happened and made her it didn't happen again. I love the results. Really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the results were excellent. The owner/RN really knows what she's doing and the consultation is really intensive, not rushed at all. What was really a bad experience was the front desk receptionist named "Chandler." Very unprofessional, rushed me at check out, announced my bill with customers in the waiting room. When she took the "before" pictures, she literally started to push me around into positions for each photo with out explanation. Then she did not respond at all when I spoke to her. When you are spending $1000, or even $300, you should be treated like they do at a top notch hotel. "Chandler" made the experience really negative. read more

What a fantastic experience ! I was nervous as a first timer getting certain treatments done, and I am so grateful to have found Charmed Medispa. They made it all such an effortless process, and made me feel so comfortable, seen and heard. Charmed mediapa is AMAZING! Loraine was so knowledgeable and actually took the time to educate me, talk with me about my past experiences, and the results I wanted. I'm from the beach area, I drove 1.5 hours to get here, and I will continue to do that! I got dysport at this visit but already made my next appointment and an appointment for a facial! Charmed Medispa has been a life changer for me. Who knew natural results were so easy to obtain? The entire staff from Leslie and Chandler at the front to Lorraine's injections and Shae's skincare knowledge, I feel like they are family who have helped me plan a road to skincare success. I am beyond thankful to have created a relationship with people I can trust. I have been on all kinds of other skin care regimens and spent years wasting time and MONEY on other products. And I have finally found my forever place for all my skincare needs. Going to charmed is more of a therapy for me. I know they have my best interest, so I can depend on them to make the best choices FOR ME. I can't list the amount of compliments I get on my skin, but my favorite is "You don't need any of that stuff" (Filler/ Dysport) - This is the perfect example of "natural results", no one has any idea I get treated.
