First they booked me a 30 min facial even thought I made myself clear that I wanted a proper facial, not a grab and go facial which somehow I was booked for. I cancelled the eyelashes to have a full hour which was ludicrous. I wakes out with not only mascara under my eyes, my combination skin was not cleaned property and my pores got no attention. The dermatology plane treatment was timid today the least. The brow taxi g and plucking was also very underwhelming. I have wayward brows remaining and most upsetting was THAT MY ESTHETICIAN BWVER LOOKED AT MY SKIN WITH A LIGHT TO SEE WHAT MY SKIN NEEDED. It would have made a sense for her to hand me a mirror and I would have seen while there my face was full of hair, peach fuzz and eyebrows.
