I chose Dr. Chang because I thought he showed genuine interest in improving my face and he seemed to really listen to my concerns. I couldn't have been more wrong. For two weeks after the surgery, the left side of my head was INTENSELY painful and continued to bleed. I had a friend take pictures, and TWO ENDS OF TWO OF THE STAPLES WERE ACTUALLY IN MY INCISION!! I actually cried out in pain when he removed them! I AM LEFT WITH ONE EAR THAT IS A HALF INCH LOWER THAN THE OTHER ONE AND NOW STICKS OUT , and MY LOBES ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! They look like two different ears! It is VERY noticeable and now my glasses tilt! At first when I complained about my ears, he told me they were probably always like that and I just hadn't noticed! Believe me, I have scrutinized my face for OVER 50 YEARS! I know what my ears look like! Then he said he could fix them, so he knew there had been a mistake. At my visit last week when I cataloged all of the errors, he told me he would do nothing differently! He put my glasses on my face and ACTUALLY PRESSED THE LEFT ARM DOWN ON MY HIGHER EAR TO MAKE THE GLASSES LINE UP (they didn't) to show me I was mistaken! I was stupefied! My eye doctor has never had to adjust the arms of my glasses to have them sit evenly on my face! My ears have always been even! I still have bags under my eyes, I still have loose skin under my chin, and one eye is still partially hooded. At the initial visit, he looked at the front of my head and asked me if I frequently wore my hair up, and I said yes. He then told me that he would shave my hair slightly behind the hairline above my ear to hide the scar. After the surgery when I saw that the incision had actually been placed in FRONT of my hairline, I expressed my distress; he then told me he was looking at the BACK of my head when he asked me that question. Who cares about the back of your head when you're wearing your hair up? Who would be looking there? After that, I stopped trusting him. At my last visit, I once more expressed my (now) outrage at the errors, he said he should've managed my expectations. I told him if he had told me at the beginning, at our first consult, that these errors were something I could expect from the surgery, I would've been out the door like a bat out of hell! I am so MISERABLE that I entrusted MY FACE to this doctor! I keep asking myself, Can this be fixed? Can some other plastic surgeon undo the damage caused by Dr. Chang? God, I hope so. Believe me, I pray every day that my face can be fixed. It's all I think about. I can't believe this happened. Please, women, don't be fooled by his "caring", "compassionate" demeanor. Take a lesson (a hard, unnecessary lesson) from me and save yourself the HEARTACHE of a damaged face.

She wasn't even in the building and pulled up over 20 mins after my appointment was supposed to start. I was excited to have my brows microbladed so I went through with the appointment. She talked me into getting my eyebrows waxed prior to her appointment because she made it sound like it was a required first step (other artists I spoke to after this said it's actually a bad idea to get them waxed first). this made the process much more painful and it did not seem like the numbing cream did anything to help it. I hated the way that they looked after the wax because she basically removed my natural arch and my eyebrows looked like they were stuck in a scared expression for the next 2 months. I asked for natural hair strokes with microblading only. My hair is ash brown and she used black pigment in thick strokes that look like someone dragged a fork across my eyebrow and also went above my natural eyebrow so it is very obvious and not natural looking at all. That was only on one side so they do not look like they match. On the other side is a huge bare patch. She also did not offer any type of aftercare ointment. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt since every microblading appointment requires at least 2 sessions, so I planned to bring up my concerns at my touch up appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early at 3:15pm and called as soon as I parked my car to confirm she was there this time. She told me to go ahead and wait in the lobby and she would come get me when she was ready. My appointment was at 3:30pm and I called her again at 3:50 to see if she would still be able to see me or if another appointment was keeping her busy. She did not answer the phone. Once it hit 4pm (and I had been there for 45 minutes) I was about to leave when I saw her walk up to the lobby. She seemed irritated and told me I should have just rang the bell. I told her that when we had spoken earlier I already told her that I was here, early, and ready whenever she was, and that she had said she would let me in when she was ready so I didn't see a point in ringing the bell to notify her twice. She rolled her eyes and instead of apologizing for being late she got an attitude with me about not ringing the bell even though we had just spoken verbally on the phone. She was raising her voice when we got to her suite like "well COME ON then!". I didn't feel comfortable doing the service with her after the way she was acting and I told her that, and was out the door. I was fully prepared to pay her in full with a generous tip but not after that. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Instead I just booked with another talented artist that I've used for other services, who I should apparently have gone to in the beginning given the terrible results I got here.
