Staff of friendly. Other than that their sales team is aggressive, not forceful. Here's my laser hair removal result: I bought the full face package to get that fuzz off my cheeks and rid my lip and the area around my chin and jaw line. It seemed to be working, slowing that rate of growth and thinning some of the thick ones. As it begins to grow back I notice more hairs under my chin, as I go for touch ups after my treatment plan is over I keep noticing more hair. I damn near have a 5 o'clock shadow. I'm pretty pissed, I brought this to them, they said the laser doesn't cause hair to grow but my problem is that it wasn't there before I began treatment. They upped the power of the laser and though it seems to work in the beginning. It proved otherwise. I was better off just waxing that little bit off my lip. I thought I'd be hair free by now but I'm just more hairy in the places I wasn't before in less hairy in the places I previously had hair. I'm fair skinned with black hair. Apparently a good candidate but it just made things worse luckily I don't care to the point of being ashamed. I am a woman at the end of the day and I just wish I got what I payed for. If you have money to waste, this is the place to go! I can't do anything else about it but complain. You sign this waiver which pretty much covers their ass. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Been 4+ years of being stuck with them. I went in for a consultation for a laser for my upper lip area. Got talked into doing the entire face as they has some kind of promotion going. I paid close to $4,000 for the entire face laser. I am in my 4th year and I have more hair then ever before and hair growing in the areas I never had them before. Every appointment there's a new consultant/technician touching your face. 1/2 the time they don't even pay attention to chart or file to see what heat level was the last treatment at. I have been burned very many times because they were rushing through things and not taking the time. When questioned about the burns I was told that my skin type isn't ideal for laser. So, I told them to stop the treatment and return that portion of money. They would not let me do that either. I have been through 22 sessions now in 4 years and have most amount of hair i've ever had. I want to cry every time I look at my face. I am having trouble getting an appointment even as they are possibly avoiding me. So having to live with what I have is a torture every day. It seems I'm stuck with an ugly face for the rest of my life The worst part is that they do not have a corporate office where you can complain. It's a one person owned franchise. its scam!! from the first session I told natalie my consultant I don't feel comfortable I don't want to continue and she said oh there's no way out you have to continue trust the result, I stayed quiet, after 9th session I told them there are no result they told me well we can compensate with two more free sessions and Im like compensate what no results you told me to trust the process I stayed quiet and they gave me the excuse may be it's your hormone problem I checked with my doctor did the test and in results there were no fault and still they didn't want to accept their fault, the consultant are only nice to you when they want your money not when you actually see no result that's their least concern this company should be sued and banned from providing any service because all they sell is a lie and at the end you can't report anything to anyone because they know whats coming up. DO NOT use Ideal Image!!!! I spent almost 10,000 dollars, and it did absolutely nothing! I had more than the prescribed amount of treatments, they refuse to refund my money! I went additional times after my treatment but because they do not communicate between practicioners or listen to their customers ended up with a terrible reaction. I was covered in welts and luckily did not receive scarring. I spent 3 days in anti-scabbing ointment and aloe due to the burns. Their office was not open as it was over a holiday weekend, I was scared if there would be irreparable damage. Even after all of that, they still refused to give me any of my money and I am still making payments to this day!!! They have no integrity! They told me they would fix the situation. I was led on for months!! No resolution!!! I am the bigger idiot for trusting them! Patricia Haly said she would help, did absolutely nothing. They say whatever they have to for a sale! Lie, deceive, manipulate, whatever it takes! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Or you will end up humiliated and taken advantage of like myself. The technicians doing my laser hair removal have all been super kind and my whole treatment was not painful at all, and overall happy with the minimal hair growing back (even though I thought it was mostly all going to be gone) . I am done all of my treatments and I still have hair coming back which is one thing I am not happy with, which is why I am doing touch ups. But everyone could be different, depending on hormones! I would not recommend this place to anyone. To be fair, the treatments do work and the nurses are very professional. But good luck getting an appointment. All the radio ads to get new customers and they can't even service customers they already have. I've already had several treatments and always book for a weekend as I work Monday - Friday. I had scheduled over 2 months in advance for my next appointment and was called days before and told I needed to reschedule as a provider was out on medical leave. Is this my problem? No, it shouldn't be. They charge way more than most providers but I was willing to pay if it worked. Now I am stuck without an appointment for weeks and was only given the option of a weekday appt, which I cannot do. My advice is to choose another provider that you will actually be able to get an appt at when it is convenient for you. read more

I've been going to this location for about 10 years for laser hair removal. I started with one area and added several areas over the years. Now I only need touch ups on occasion for one area. Overall, I've had great results, though some areas responded better vs other areas. Keep in mind that results depend on skin/hair type and the number of treatments. You may also have some very very fine hair after all the treatments (I believe 8 treatments) are completed. The technicians and staff are great at this location. All the technicians are licensed nurses and know what they are doing (many technicians are not at other med spas that offer laser hair removal and a technician can burn you if the technician is not appropriately trained). The services can be a bit pricey, but it's worth it to know all the technicians are license nurses and the treatment rooms/office are very clean. Everyone is very pleasant and professional. It's always easy to make appointments, and the office runs on time. There is a nice waiting area with water, tea, coffee and usually cookies, but I do not usually have to wait long when I arrive for my appointment. I would give a 5 star rating for the staff and service. I only took away 1 star and rated it 4 stars because over the years the policies (for example, on touch up treatments) have changed and the policies use to be more favorable to clients years ago. read more

If you are interested in getting laser hair removal please read this first. Laser hair removal is not accurate. I went for laser hair removal of my bikini area. During the consult they make NO mention that there will be hair regrowth after all of your treatments are done and that you will have to pay an extra $125 per touch up session. After the amount of sessions they suggested, I STILL have hair growing back. It would probably take another 4-5 sessions for it to be completely removed. They also told me ingrown hairs wouldn't be a problem for me anymore as it was when I would shave. I was still having ingrown hair troubles during my treatments and obviously now, as I have to continue to shave. Ideal Image is a rip off. read more

I have been using idea image for two years now. The people are friendly and knowledgeable about the products they offer. They a variety of ways to make payments along with loans. I have had my full leg, face, and arm pits done . The hair growth after the first few treatments was minimal. I went from shaving everyday on my legs with first treatment to shaving every few weeks.. I have recommend this service to others and would do it again.. this is something I wish I was smart enough to do in my 20's. This is money well spent!!!!! read more

Not worth the money!! I have been going to ideal image for about 4-5 years now hoping this hair I have on my face will go away but it has not!! They won't call to confirm your appointments every time so you really have to know your appointment time and date that u book months in advance! If you show up late they won't except you! Every time I was there they would tell me about this new special that they seeemed to have like every month! I felt constantly bombarded with new specials and deals. It's like the money I was giving them wasn't enough! Overall I was very disappointed with my hair growth that I had back after spending all that money! It's not worth it! ***Upset Customer***I am an extremely upset customer. There's a representative by the name of Melissa who handles all of the payments in this location and she by far provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She is very argumentative and belligerent. Today, Melissa took a payment out of my account without my authorization and advised me she can do that. i only gave them my card information one time in May and all of sudden in August I get a random charge coming out of my account. I contacted corporate who advised they clearly could see the payment was unathorized and will contact the owner to refund me the funds. Absolutely the worst experience ever. read more
