This is a huge salon with their own boutique and spa services. I booked an appointment online, which was very easy. I was kind of wary of a deposit being taken at the time of an appointment, but it wasn't a big deal. The stylist who cut my hair was very professional, personable, and did a great job! I called again and someone answered and said that the person who does massages will have to contact me directly to book the appointment. They took my phone number yet is has been one week and the massage therapist never called me. I'm trying to get a refund from Groupon. You can't make this crap up! I am appalled that a place of business would do this. It would almost make more sense if it was deliberately a scam. That way at least someone would have put some thought into it.
