I went today around 1:10 for an pedi appointment that was set up online for 1:15. At first they thought I was in for a mani (???) and once I confirmed for them pedi they said to wait. I picked my color ( they have a pretty huge selection) and waited my turn. The salon is clean, quiet. Cash tip only unless you want to send via Venmo or cash app which I what I had to do. I quickly notice my turn wouldn't be in 5 or even 10 mins. My 1:15 appointment was not serviced until 1:44. They only had 2 people working. One was Anna (which is who serviced me) even though my appt was with an Amy but I'm not sure if she was even there. Not sure if they delay was because they accepted a walk in but they should be mindful of the appointments already in the system. I also noticed they upsell, if you come in for pedi they get you for a mani and tell you it'll be a few mins. But 3 people were being serviced by 2 people so at some point one person is going to be waiting a great deal. The service Anna provided was still good. My gel pedi only took about 25 mins. She was efficient but not in a hurry. I'm just not sure if they salon is staffed appropriately. read more

I've been going here for a while. I've had good experiences but, not with the owner Amy. She over charges me, does a terrible job on nails & the last time didn't do the same color on my nails & feet which makes me crazy. I am a good customer, I pay cash & tip well. I will NEVER be back. read more

Stopped here for a pedicure today and enjoyed myself! They were busy (and on opening week no less) so I was happy to see that. Amy and her daughter were delightful- very personable and clear with directions. My tech was also great - very gentle but thorough with trimming! Free wifi and a beautiful spa. Would return and recommend checking them out! read more

Too expensive. I live in New York and a manicure is $12 and here it was $20. Also, we were asked to pay AFTER our nails were painted Vs before so we had to fumble for our wallets to ensure our nails didn't get ruined. My manicure looks very nice though. read more

Was a horrible experience and after four visits where three times we were taken late I was told not to come back because the owner called me trouble. Wow really, we had appointments for 6p and my mom for 530p since she had a manicure first, my daughter was still not taken at 634p and when I asked to sew her owner Amy she said I didn't understand salons and that I would not be welcomed back. So we make appointments and you don't honor them within reason and then you call me the problem, they close at 7p so if you haven't started until almost 639p how do you think you can do an hour service, then Amy thru lisette and directly told me no charge for my daughter. Then when I went to pay she tried to charge me. I refused since she offered and then said I shouldn't expect the nice man who did my daughter to work for free. I don't I expect the owner to still pay him though. We were already there when he started someone else at my daughters appointment time and we we were told what were they suppose to do? If the lady came when it was someone else's appointment you make her wait or reschedule. That's what you do! I was so angry and upset by my treatment and they flat out said don't come back. That is the owners right of course however their customer service was rude. My mom and daughter were also kicked out which made no sense as they said not one word. NOT GOOD SERVICE. read more

wanted acrylic nails and was told tech couldn't do them due to allergy knowing that's what I booked my appointment for. was told she can do hybrid gel and I told her I can see what it looks like and decide from there. we did the service and she left nail polish all over my hands. the nails were super thick underneath. I advised her I did NOT like them and she said there's nothing she can do. she would have to charge me an extra 15 to take off then for another service which she stated she didn't want to do. she knew I was very hesitant on the service from the start cause when she was doing it, I was asking a lot of questions and kept stating it was thick which I didn't like and that it wasn't my full nails painted. Horrible customer service and it's a shame since Tina is very good at pedicures and my mom adores Lisette. we had moved from tomorrow to tonight since my daughter had issue with mid day. they offered 6p then asked for my mom to start earlier at 530p when they called me back. I said sure and we were eight on time. when I saw Lee was actually starting another client I asked to explain. Amy the owner was angry that I was upset and asking questions. she then said I was a problem and after today I wasn't allowed to return EVER! I said ok you are mad at me but why take it out on my family and she said because and said they aren't welcomed back. I wouldn't have written this if she only wanted to ban me but what did my 77 year old mother and my daughter do? no need to punish other people because I expected you to be on time and when you weren't and I was upset since it was now 634p and we had 6p appointments and you close at 7p. amy then was very dismissive and said after today DONT COME BACK! I spend $200 with tips each time and always on time and polite. you take someone ahead of us when they are late and we aren't and I express my being upset and I'm told I don't understand and I can't come back. I own a lash salon and worked at Currie for 8.5 years but I don't understand how a salon works?! what the heck sorry RUDE AND CONDESCENDIN! I'll answer any questions if you message me. punish me you can refuse service of anyone but punish my family because you don't like my attitude?! Shame on you! not high end and not professional and sadly rather than deal with their scheduling they try and embarrass you and then refuse to let you come back! Amy not cool at all. I was also told by Amy as I departed that I had not cancelled two of my appointments for Saturday, I had tried at 745am today to change them all to tomorrow morning at 10am. I was able to change mine and my moms but when I went to update my daughter there was not a third at 10. I waited until it opened at 9 am and called and asked if there was a third, I also asked about today and was advised all three could happen at 6. Mine would be with Tina which Amy said you saw her last time, I said yes however tomorrow I am with Verronyca and can't I be with her tonight, I was told she doesn't come in on fridays. I said fine ok I'll take it with Tina instead, when I went to leave Amy said I never said I had appointments the next day, really then why was I changing and asking about Verronyca. What's the funniest is when she called me it was my business cell which unless I already opt a number out my calls are all taped, she said it never happened and when I left I checked and it was exactly what happen. I can't stop thinking how they tried to say it was me and my issue, I used the exact word sure I'll do that then instead and see Tina tonight. She truly did become defensive instead of realizing three times my daughter was taken a half hour late out of her last four appointments and because I didn't take it laying down I'm a problem, not how customer service is done in a quote upscale nail boutique. read more

I wanted to love this salon since it's so close to my house and so beautifully designed. However, I've had Anna (at least that's what the station has said) twice now and haven't been happy. The first time, I was supposed to get a liquid gel fill and she filled it with acrylic and the gel polish after was awful. I made an appointment for the next day and the owner completely redid my nails which were perfect when she was done. The second time, I went to have the gel removed and my nails cut down. She shaved the gel and my natural nails down so much so that it became very painful and I almost walked out multiple times before she could finish. The gel polish and shape of my nails are great but now they are so fragile and keep breaking. I am pregnant and have been taking tons of vitamins for almost 9 months so my nails were in great shape prior to this. I'm really disappointed I spent $80 for my nails to be breaking and chipping a week later. I'm not one to leave a review typically but I couldn't help it. Unfortunately, I doubt I will be back. read more
