I'd give zero stars if possible. It took over an hour and a half for a full set. The shape wasn't right so a more experienced technician tried to fix the shape. Still within 3 days, two of my nails lifted and came completely off. Very poor quality. read more

I have gone here for quite sometime for the Dip manicure. It's a bit more expensive, but lasts longer. The staff is friendly, and the tools are new for each new manicure. I particularly like the cleanliness of Valley Nails, and that someone regularly sweeps up clippings and such. read more

I have recommended several people to this place and I always recommend Jess. The shop has a variety of color choices which i love and they are very very clean. The man at the front desk appears to cater to certain people. Others are told.they need appointments but while you're gone, they are still accepting walk ins without appointments. They do decent business so he feels he can be selective about the clientele and who he wants to appeal to. read more

The guy that works here should be fired . ASAP He cut me, poured nail polish remover into the cut. And when I asked for the marble nails he rushed and put orange pink and purple on top of each other which made a gross brown color , he refused to take his time to make them look nice or even separate the colors . He does not know what he is doing . I will never go back to the sad excuse for a nail salon . And if anyone does decide to go here DO NOT GO TO THE GUY ! I asked to just keep white since he was not capable of doing what Was on the display . He was too lazy to even wipe off the brown colors from the sides of my nails. A friend recommended this nail salon, because I had been having subpar pedicures at another local salon. First thing you need to know is you can't get in without an appointment. Or maybe you can if you get lucky, but I tried 2 or 3 times without luck. So I made an appointment and when I finally did get in, wow! The massage was awesome and she cut my nails exactly the right length, not too long! I hate when they cut your toenails too long and then you need a new pedicure in a couple weeks because your nails are too long. I suggested my husband try this place after seeing it near our house. Worst mistake ever! The service was Absolutely Horrible!!! I would give it NO stars if I could. He decided to give it a try and went in for a pedicure (he gets them frequently from a different shop) The nail tech cut his toe and scraped the bottom of his foot so bad he could barely walk. well where do i start... first i went in wanting 5 different pastel colors on acrylic . i waited 35-45 minuets before anyone even touched my nails. as the tech was prepping my nails she didn't bother to push back my cuticles. then after the acrylic was on and before the polish she had me put only my left hand in the blue light. i also made sure to ask for my nails to be coffin cut.. which they are not. my nails also have a lump in the top of them from a lazy tech not using a file. overall i got charged $43 for lazy work when their full set is priced at $22. anyway i will NOT be going back. the colors are pretty even though they are NOT pastel except for the blue and yellow. i showed the women a picture of the colors i wanted and a picture of shape and it still wasn't done right. my first and my last time going. read more

I got my full set done just two days ago and they already look grown out . Also the color is very dull and should probably have used another coat . The nails are sloppy and uneven . I felt like they were rushing our pedis and full sets because they were busy and it just wasn't pleasant at all . I went with a friend and her nails were even worse ! So I kind of came here on a whim beachside I usually go to the same nail salon for everything but I went there this morning and got my toes done and then left and then I decided I want to get my nails done as well but I dIdnt want to go back so I went here to Valley nails. I'm very skeptical about going to new nail salons because the reviews are always accurate and it's something that usually costs more than $25 and I don't like spending money on something that turns out like crap but I was pleasantly surprised today. I went in for a full set of acrylics with a stiletto tip and I came out with just that. I didn't have any problems and although it was busy when I walked in and the whole time I was there, the service was quick and friendly and I had no issues whatsoever. Now I'm only giving it four stars because I'm not sure how they're going to hold up over the two weeks but I will be sure to comment on this review and update after the two week trial. AMAZING! ALSO, I was actually in the salon when Miss Stephanie H. below was having her nails done..her account of the story is inaccurate. And she actually had THE POLICE CALLED ON HER FOR THEFT! She had stated she had NEVER been to the salon before and from the moment she came in seemed to be in a less than appealing mood. Rudely criticizing EVERY SINGLE thing her technician did. Btw her tech, was so beyond poised and kept her composure for how rude Miss Stephanie was being. She was NOT there for anywhere near 3 hours! And the only people who spoke poorly of her, were the 5 ladies getting their nails done, that saw the entire display. She came in on A SUNDAY 2 hours before closing, obviously there would be a small wait! Stephanie sat the whole time with a sour puss face, lips persed together, and making purposefull huffing breathes literally every 6 minutes or so. She got her whole service done and when it was time to pay, A MERE $20, she said I'm not paying, I'm not happy. Made more rude comments, was asked not to leave and walked out without paying or tipping. The salon is GREAT, quick service, very clean, professional, the prices are inexpensive. I have been going to Valley Nails since it opened, I just started back after Covid -19 I'm Very impressed how the owner takes such great precaution in cleanliness. The salon is so clean everyone has their temp. checked and hands washed prior to services. Now let my get to the reason why I wanted to write this review, I myself am a licensed cosmetologist and I always look for Great Detail and customer service. Melissa has done my nails the last two times and she is without a doubt the sweetest lady ever! I have very soft nails and she is so gentle but gets the job done right! This Christmas my aunt got me a gift card for valley nails and I recently got a new job that does not allow acrylic nails so I decided I would remove them myself with acetone and I realized that they use an ILLEGAL substance called MMA. I have never taken the time to write a review ever but I am so frustrated with this experience that I need to warn as many people as possible to avoid this place like the plague. If I could give them a minus one, I would. They speak good English but will speak poorly about you in Vietnamese. After wrapping my nails they left me waiting for over an hour because the one nail tech doesn't know how to do nails properly. And the entire ordeal took 3 hours (for a simple nail polish change). I have been to this place about 5 times for pedicures. The first couple of times after it first opened it was great. I took my 82 year old Mother there twice and both times both of our toenails were cut incorrectly and they drew blood twice on me and I'm diabetic. The last two times, the polish wasn't applied correctly - like not down to the cuticle and not even. It's cheaper than most salons but you get what you pay for.
