wanted to bring to attention some ongoing concerns regarding the older receptionist. Unfortunately,…read moreshe often comes across as unprofessional and unfriendly when speaking to clients. * She does not greet or speak to clients in a friendly or welcoming manner, either in person or over the phone. * She has repeated comments that nail technicians have said about clients, which feels inappropriate and unprofessional. * When a client needs to cancel or reschedule, she makes them feel guilty rather than understanding the situation. * She frequently acts as though she is in a management position, though she is not, which creates confusion and discomfort for both clients and staff. Overall, her attitude and behavior do not reflect the level of professionalism or warmth expected at the front desk and can negatively affect the salon's atmosphere and client experience.

Very nasty and rude people. Don't come here!
