I booked an appointment and i said i needed to reschedule because something came up and they said ok and i tried to reschedule it again and they told me that they are going to cancel my appointment because i rescheduled too many times. Omg! You guys, this place is fantastic! Just had a gel mani and polish pedi. I've been here once before, a few years ago. I typically go to Kay's, but they were booked solid. The pedi was great, she listened to my concerns about a sore spot, did a great job. The mani was FABULOUS. I said "this color, and can you add snowflakes?" The guy was fantastic. The snowflake kept getting more complex, and he was really committed to making sure it was great. He checked my nails multiple times to ensure nothing was sticking to the sides, and the whole atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend! read more

They use to have great people but the turnover of employ is high now I have two ladies doing my ails and both hand and feet not good at all I have to have it done again 2 weeks lady and is one lady I think she is management is pretty short with her answers and just ride, the place is really pretty and elegant all New equipment but I will avoid going there again is not fear to be treated poorly the prices are I guess comparable but they need some training on everything read more

I was very happy with my nails. I just moved here and after having the same person do my nails for 8 years I was hoping to find a place I liked. This was it. My husband and I went together. He needed a manicure and was very happy. They even had him dip his hands in the parafin wax and he was happy with how soft his hands were. He never had that before. I needed a fill in and gel polish. Ba was very good. He did exactly what I asked for and my nails look great. It was very busy so I am glad I had an appointment. My husband did not and had to wait over 45 minutes for a manicure. Had I not had an appointment I would not have waited that long. Next time we will add pedicures. The price was good and they offer a 10% discount if you are over 60. read more

Save yourself the frustration and avoid this salon at all costs. The shop is unclean and still uses metal files for feet. My nail tech was rude and was on the phone the entire appointment. When I asked her not to use the drill on my natural nails and cuticles, she had an attitude. Mad because I don't want to sacrifice the health and integrity of my nail? Instead of taking the time to care for my nails she painted the gel over my cuticles. So of course they started to lift a day later. I asked for Chrome. She said it was $10 more. I said fine. Why did she paint white gel with color? I am 37 years old! I asked her about the color as she was doing it and said she was creating the look. I asked her again when she was done and she finally said that she was saving my money. What?! This place is deplorable and unsanitary. Avoid at all costs. read more

I go here all the time. They do great work. I get complements on my nails all the time. They are very nice people. In reading other reviews, I have not noticed any rudeness towards customers. If you are friendly, they are friendly. If you are quiet, they tend to just do what is asked in a professional manner. I tend to be quiet. read more

So I just moved in this area. I found envy on yelp. So I decided two weeks to go get a full set. I went in sat down and waited to be taken care of. So when it was my turn the lady that sit on the left second row she took care of me. I told her what I wanted. Mind you the entire time I was sitting waiting she kept staring at me with her face made up. I look past that and ask her how her day was going she only said two words to me. Okay so now it came time to wash my hands. She said wash your hands and pay me now with an attitude. I look at her and said no problem. Now walk into the nail shop she has a lady that she was laughing with but as soon as it was my turn he entire expression changed god is my witness. I wash my hands and paid her. So she grab my hands and started to polish my nails. Now I'm not new to this fake nails and pedicure not the lest. I said to her you want to put some lotion on my hands or no. At this point I am trying my best not to say much but the expression on my face speaks a whole lot. I dry my nails and left but first I gave her a 3.00 tip. Now today I went back for a fill and pedicure. Lord and behold I got the same lady this time. I told her I have my color and she started my filling. Before she polish my nail she asked that I pay I told her not until I get my pedicure first. She look at me like the nerve of their black lady. Oh and did I forget to mention that while I was in this shop the little lady the owner and her husband that is. She turned away 4 individuals that came in to do their nails. I am going to put this out there they break there neck to service their white clients but not the African American, yes I said it. Come at me if you want too. The first time I went to Envy, I got acrylics. While I was getting them done, one of the technicians made a mistake. When I asked her to fix it, she got an attitude with me but still fixed it. She left right after I was finished, so I guess she was in a hurry to go home. There are so many options for salons in this area, but this is closest to my house, so I decided to give them another chance. I got a pedicure yesterday and was disappointed again. First, she used what looked like a hand held cheese grater on my feet. I didn't think they were even allowed to use those anymore. After she used it, she rinsed it out in the water she was soaking my feet in and put it back in the drawer she retrieved it from. I'm guessing that was the extent of its cleaning.
