I waited at the counter until a Tech acknowledged me and said it be around an hr wait. I signed in and was the next one in line, according to me lol. There was no one else in the waiting area. I ended up waiting about 2 hrs. Four people walked in after me and they were all assisted before me, I'm assuming they were regulars/appointments. They had about 4 employees, each assisting someone and the environment was ok (quiet no music). I was out of there by 1:15pm. Overall, I would say the other reviews on pricing, waiting experiences, and ambience are spot on. I'f you have an appointment and you're there to be in & out, I'd recommend. If you're a walk in or looking for a relaxing experience, then I wouldn't.

I've been a loyal customer for years, bringing my daughters and my friends and even recommending it because of the location and price, but I will tell you what I will never step foot in that place again after the way they treated me and my daughter this past week. Don't make an appointment if you're gonna make people wait an hour, don't give me attitude when I ask about why you're taking people off the street instead of honoring our appointment. Don't skip over part of the manicure and pedicure on my daughter and be nasty rude to her and raise your voice because you messed up and still charge full price for a mediocre pedicure and manicure. I know you don't need my business, but I hope somebody reads this and skips over you because you do not deserve good loyal customers because you've always been nasty but I put up with it for many years, no more.

Received a perm from them and it absolutely did not take, zero curls and completely over processed. I've emailed and have gone in 3 times about the horrible mess my hair is, spoke to the owner, another stylist AND the stylist who did my hair, everyone completely blew me off. They charge OUTRAGEOUS amounts for their services, the results are horrible and they don't take ANY responsibility for their screw ups. And they were rude enough, when I got my perm, to complain over and over again and out loud that I was smelling up their salon with the perm solution,,, they just HAD to go open the salon door because I was smelling up the place. I was completely embarrassed and insulted.
