I waited at the counter until a Tech acknowledged me and said it be around an hr wait. I signed in and was the next one in line, according to me lol. There was no one else in the waiting area. I ended up waiting about 2 hrs. Four people walked in after me and they were all assisted before me, I'm assuming they were regulars/appointments. They had about 4 employees, each assisting someone and the environment was ok (quiet no music). I was out of there by 1:15pm. Overall, I would say the other reviews on pricing, waiting experiences, and ambience are spot on. I'f you have an appointment and you're there to be in & out, I'd recommend. If you're a walk in or looking for a relaxing experience, then I wouldn't. read more

Absolutely a terrible place to go! my friend went for her first time and I had been there many of times before. I don't know what happened to that place. we had an appointment at 10 am when they are open they are always late. then they don't apologize or anything. they can't speak English and didn't listen what she wanted and ended up not doing what she asked for on her manicure and pedicure. La Cure isn't my normal nail spot, I only go because it's convenient. After not being able to go to a nail salon for almost 3 months I was desperate. I'm not sure if the stay at home order made people lazy but their is no excuse how my nails were done. I came in with pink nail polish on, the tech didn't even take it off completely and he didn't clean my cuticles. It was a complete waste of my money and time. It's sad to not care about the quality of work you put out. And yes I should've said something but it had been a long day, I was frustrated and ready to leave. The ATM was broke so when I called to make an appointment I was told to bring cash. There is a Chinese restaurant and a High's gas station close by with ATM's. It wasn't crowded and it appeared as if they were practicing social distancing. They have shields up at every other station and hand sanitizer readily accessible. read more

We called La Cure on a whim to see if they could take us without an appointment. They were so accommodating and friendly and told us to come on over! Also the services were a great price! I walked in to get a full set w/gel polish. There were no customers in sight. I thought I would be welcomed in, but unfortunately I wasn't at all. The guy in the photo was glued to his phone barely making eye contact, the lady was cleaning a UV Lamp, and another guy was just walking around. It took a while before anyone began on my nails, but I assumed that it would be a quick process considering there were no other customers. The guy (in the photo) begins applying the tips, but I noticed how crooked they were and how large the nail tips were compared to what I usually get done. I simply spoke on what I didn't like, but never in a rude manner. Besides, if you don't like something, simply ask them to correct it and proceed. Instead, the guy throws a tantrum, stopped the process, throws down the nail tools, and says, "If you don't like it, go somewhere else then!" Who does that???! Never have I gone to a nail salon and experienced terrible, unprofessional, and rude behavior from a nail salon. The lady appeared to be nice and removed the nails so I could leave, but it was all a facade even with her. I would NEVER go back to this place and I DO NOT recommend them!!! Service is good and covid friendly; however, there was no music or tv. They should improve the ambiance for relaxation.

The atmosphere of this "spa" is just awkward. There are no TV's or music playing in the background and the techs don't say a peep to you the entire time you're sitting there. As for pricing... a total rip off. $15 difference between gel and regular polish for how much more work? We also had to opt for a different color because it was EIGHT dollars extra for what we originally picked. I'm also not going to sit here and act like i've never seen a buttcheek before, but the young girl who works here was wearing a romper that was so far up her back that my mother and I got full rear-end views more than once (bending to clean bath, etc). There is a time and place to wear something like that and it's not at work. Overall horrible experience. I paid NINETY dollars for my mother and I to get acrylic full sets. something like that would only be $60 elsewhere. I recently start coming here. Normally I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks. Cindy does my nails she is very professional and my nails usually last well. This place does get busy during weekend and if u happen to go there without appointment for me it's worth the wait. read more

The pedicure was fine however I had a gift card that had an issue date that was over a year old and was told that the card had expired. They would not honor a gift card that was sold over a year ago. After I questioned that there was no expiration date on the card or not statement that it was only valid for one year the cashier said she would honor half of the amount. This presented the second issue I have with this salon. Originally the gift card was purchased for $45.oo and that was the amount in the number section of the gift card, however, whoever wrote out the card wrote Forty Dollars in the text portion and that is what she was honoring half of. I don't know if this is standard practice for this salon to show two amounts on the face of the gift card and to only honor the lower (since the purchaser would only naturally verify the numerical value) in order to skim a few more dollars or not. So be careful if buying a gift card here. read more

Try somewhere else if at all possible. Convenient location next to school but the staff is rude and everything is overpriced and not worth it. Even a lip wax has been a 30 minute wait twice with only 2 other people in the salon and multiple workers walking by and ignoring me. Friends say expecting to get your eyebrows done quickly OR nicely is a joke. would never expect a good experience getting my nails done here and I see the reason why it's always so empty. read more

By far the best Nail Salon I have ever used. I have been a regular customer for over 4 years. Always very clean and the service is excellent. The staff is super friendly and truly care about their customers. The deluxe pedicure is definitely the way to go! Includes hot stone massage and multiple scrubs along with the typical pedicure procedures, making it the perfect one time treat or a regular indulgence for those who get routine pedicures. The manicures whether you need a full set, gel manicure or the "new dip" acrylic manicure are top notch. I love that they are always up to date on the current nail fashion trends. I cannot say enough good things about La Cure. Everytime I leave there I am so excited with how great my nails look! read more
