3 different people worked on my mani pedi. I had dip that had to be removed. One lady came with the filing tool to remove the top coat and she went too fast and it burned my nails. Come manicure time, another nail tech filed the shit out of my cuticles with the rotary tool. When she put on the activator for the dip, my cuticles stun like mad. My fingers are still hurting today when I wash my hands. The manicure came out okay but there are random uneven streaks and little bubbles on some of my nails. I got a basic color, no designs or anything. There was zero massage for the pedicure and they don't use liners for the tubs. The whole time I was there, the nail techs joked and laughed loudly non stop in Vietnamese which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I was stuck there for 2 hours. I'm used to faster service like max 1.5 hours for pedicure and dip manicure. I ended up being late to my dinner appointment. Not a good relaxing experience at all! The first time I came here I had a great experience. I think it was the owner who did my nails? He was meticulous on my cuticles and making sure my gel nail polish was perfect. My nails didn't chip for at least 2 weeks (and only chipped due to excessive wear on my right hand). Due to this experience I decided to come back when I was in town. This time I had an awful experience. He (not the same person) buffed my skin which hurt (no apologies). He didn't even ask me to wash my hands nor wiped my nails to ensure a clean base. He barely cut my cuticles and did just an ok job on my gel manicure. The biggest thing that annoyed me was that he kept putting my hands under the UV lights countless times. I didn't even have polish on my nails yet and he made me put my hands underneath. I came home to my hands being a good 2-3 shades darker than what it was. I'm upset and not sure if I'll be back. read more

First and most importantly the employees are very friendly. They all treat each other like family which is nice. My wife and 2 daughters came in for manicure and pedicure. My daughter says that the other Nail stores around this area don't offer the same services as this store. Not to mention this store is very clean and well run. I giving this business a low rating for several reasons: The customer service and attentiveness as a new customer and as a POC was subpar. No conversation, acknowledgment other than telling me where to sit and collecting my money. The pedicure I received, was disappointing. My feet are still dry, they did not remove dead-skin with a foot scraper or any updated nail salon files. They also used hand soap to scrub my feet. However, they charge you 2.5 % if you don't pay using cash-app or Venmo. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I needed a refill for my acrylics and had a photo I wanted to recreate and told the artist if he couldn't do it that I would just choose a solid color. He insisted he could and refused to look back at the photo for reference. When he was done they looked awful and I said to please change to a solid color the man then started to scream at me and yanked both my hands forward to remove the polish almost knocking me off my seat. He then proceeded to talk sh*t about me right in front of my face to the other nail techs. I wanted to cry such an awful experience please avoid at all costs. read more

I had a new full set of gel nails put on for my 1st visit and also had a pedicure and that was a very good 1st impression. My 2nd visit for just a gel fill in was absolutely horrible! Within 2 days 3 of my nails chipped, I went back on the 3rd day afterwards to get those fixed and the lady did not use the same color as I have on so that had me a little upset and the next morning when I woke up to start my day 1 of the same chipped nail is worse. I went back in before going to work and let them see what my nail looked like. They offered to fix it, but at this point I'm going to need my nails completely re-painted and I don't think they will do quality work. I will not be going back there. Go at your own risk!
