I got my nails done three days ago. I went here all last summer and had no problems. I had a mail tech that was on the phone the entire time. It's unfortunate because I asked that the nails not be see through but they are. Within three days I have had four nails pop off, I glued two back on but as someone who gets there nails done every two weeks for about six years, this has never happened to me. This makes me very upset because they are making me wait till Monday, and I paid 70 dollars for this. read more

I do my own nails however I enjoy a very good pedicure and my mother referred me to Tina here and she is awesome!! She takes her time and you can tell she is experienced with her craft. Not only does she do such a good job with cleaning up your nail beds and softening your feet but her massages will put you to sleep. She is the best! read more

This was my go to Salon for years. Until Sam (female Sam) and her equally rude Roomate started working there. Blatantly being rude, talking about & making fun of Customers when they left, ( yes probably you too) being unbelievably rude to Sam (male nail tech). Horribly catty rude cliche atmosphere. HORRIBLE NASTY ATTITUDES I got a full set that cost me $75 only to have 4 nails on the same hand fall off by the following week and because I came back to them for them to correct their mistake I got huge attitude from the owner and her husband who by the way was the one that did my nails. Did I also tell you when I came in last week to get my nails done for my birthday I did pedicure and a full set. Got in the pedicure chair by 12 got seated at the mail table by 1 didn't get up from the chair until almost 4pm. This was due to the fact that the owners husband likes to do more then 1 person nails at the same time (bouncing between customers) I totally understand that mistakes happen in any business but don't give a paying customer attitude because you missed up their service. I would never spend money here again. They only got a star because I have to give one to leave this review. read more

I would give a 0 star review if I could. I went to get my eyebrows done 2 days ago and they ripped like a huge chunk of my skin out and burned me. And it made my skin break out. That's never happened to me before. Fingers crossed I don't get an infection. read more

Horrible experience......came in on a Tuesday afternoon about 5:30 for a gel manicure....waited 20 mins. Ok fine not too bad. But the guy does a rush job on my nails and I know a good manicure and so when he proceeds to paint my nails two at a time then going to the other hand to paint two nails then go back to the other hand, etc I ask why is he doing that you are going to forget which one was painted and needs a second coat etc. He ignores me for a minute then says it's because of the color. I'm like what? Anyway he rushes on and exactly what I said would happened happens. He forgets which nails he painted for the first coat and then for the final clear top coat...One day and two days later my nails look like this..Then when I go back Friday to have them fix it they make me wait 30mins to have someone fix them!!!! What a complete waist of my money and time..Please take my advice do not come here!!!! read more

Pt nails uses cheap ass products.1. The gel always chips & the acrylic nails always breaks. There's no reason why my gel polish has chipped after getting a pedicure not to mention the amount of ppl scheduling to get nail repair because of chipped polish or broken nails....2. It seems like most employees think they're above everyone. I always go to the young lady at station 6 for my nails & I'm always sure to tip well, like very well. She didn't see it necessary to inform me that she wasn't going to be in for my appointment that I booked weeks in advanced directly with her. It's very embarrassing to show up to an appointment ask for your technician & be informed that she's off by one of the other workers.... there I am looking like a fool because everyone knew but me that she was off. My time was wasted. It's not the first or 2nd time she's done it. Which is also why I'm leaving this review. I've had it with PT nails!! I've been a loyal customer for 6 months and also referred ppl to the salon!! please guys this salon is just about the money they're so rude & use cheap products!! They have no respect for loyal customers I've been going there for 6months to the same person & she couldn't even reach out to a loyal client to let them know she was going to be out. Lol if you're looking for a home salon this is not the place keep searching! Lena the owner is rude if she doesn't feel like doing a design she'll say it's too complicated or they don't do it there. A friend of mine asked for ombré nails and she said they don't do it there. Nana the girl at the station in the front thinks she's above doing pedicures. Because she's the best they all cater to her. She only takes appointments. They all praise her I'm guessing it's because she brings the most customers in. Sam at station 6 seems like she don't care about work. she's never there & on top of that has did a no call no show to 3 appointments I've set up with her.she does keep an appointment book so I'm not sure why she takes off knowing she has appointments. If you ask me they're disrespectful & the vibe is they don't care about the customers. The guy next to her at station 7 does only what he wants to do on people's nails. It's gotten him cussed out by a client before in my presence. Because the lady at station 6 didn't reach out to me to tell me she was not going to do my nails I was stuck with him. My nail broke off that same day I got it done it was also my 4 year anniversary so I was devastated on top of that they're 44 minutes away so I was not about to drive back out there. The lady who sits at station 8 with the glasses cannot do nails she's only a pedicurist so don't go to her. She's always on her iPad playing she's lazy. The man at station 9 CANNOT DO NAILS! If you want to leave the salon with cuts, bumpy nails, & an Overall rushed experience go to him. He has done my friends nails & the nails came out terrible not to mention they fell off.He cannot do pedicures either. Honestly he's just dead weight that they need to let go. I don't see that happening anytime soon because those nail techs don't come to work. PT nails needs to hire more nail techs instead of pedicurists. There only 3 techs who can actually do nails, Lena the owner, nana, & Sam. Most of the time it's just Lena because Sam is never there & nana is appointment only. So good luck they'll try & pass you off to the guy all the way in the back on station 9 or one of the pedicurist to do your nails. Lol just pray you leave out of there with your fingers intact. I hate to have to write this but the disrespect I received today & over the past 2 months was enough for me. I'll take my money elsewhere. Save you're time, & money!!! go somewhere else! I've been loyal to them for so long I thought I finally found my forever nail salon but the quality is not good and the way they treat returning clients isn't good. This deserves 0 stars!! read more

After I got my nails done I went to pay and she told me the price was $50.00. I used my card to pay for the transaction but I always tip in cash but the lady added a tip to my card. She really cheated herself but sneaking and adding the tip because she only added $2.00. I never tip just $2.00. Everyone check your receipts if you have paid with a card. read more
