I stopped going for a few reasons. 1) The manicurist drilled down through my nail bed several times OUCH !! The pedicures are meh. They are TOO gentle, and too short (they don't spend as much time as other places I've been) 3) They kept telling me that I should get GEL nails when I only wanted a manicure. read more

no star. place sucks!! terrible customer service. walked in wasn't greeted. told them i wanted gel refill. they said pick your color $25.00. i said i want the color on my feet. i'm not going thru all these colors. they responded you have to pick your color. i don't know what cplor that is!! well maybe i'm spoiled but i've never picked my own color at any other salon especially if i'm wearing the color!! i walked out. won't get my money!! read more

I went here for the first time. First i liked the fact it was clean, they clean their instruments after each patron, very courteous, accomodating and they assure you are satisfied. Love the enthusiasm and most of all in and out guickly. I will be back in 2 weeks read more

More like P-ewe!!! nails. I stopped in and asked for a new full set of tips and gel polish. The man there told me it would be $50. I thought that was high but agreed to the price. Well guess what? I was right...it was way too high for the horrific service that I received. He made me soak my nails for about 30 minutes and then he proceeded to grind off most of my original tip. Then he never replaced them. He just slapped some acrylic on them, very quickly, not even covering the entire nail. He didn't grind them properly afterwards and filed them into this very stubby shape. Again, he just very quickly slapped on some polish and that was it. My pinky finger just looks like a big old blob of polish. When I went to pay I complained that he never put on new tips so it shouldn't be $50. He stated, we just use your own nail....same thing, same thing. I said its not the same thing. He was extremely rude. I was visiting the area and my nails really needed to be done. Truly should have just waited until I got home and gone to my usual place where they know what they are doing and treat their customers like family. Please do yourself a favor.....don't go here. Overpriced and incredibly poor service! Not sure how they stay in business. read more
