I have been coming to this salon periodically for years. I'm definitely not a regular and I know that I'll usually have to wait at least 20 minutes even if I have an appt. I went recently because I'd been growing my real nails out and wanted them professionally filed and to have gel put on. After waiting 25 minutes even with an appt, I asked the woman (her station is to the right of yen) if she could file my nails down a bit and to shape them up a bit. She spent maybe 2 minutes on filing my nails that ended up looking exactly as they did before. When I asked her if she could make them shorter she started rolling her eyes and sighing exaggeratedly as if I'd asked her a ridiculous request. She was very short and rude with me and started asking me to tell her which nails were too long and then very aggressively started filing my nails which resulted in her cutting me multiple times. She only refiled a few of my nails which I then had to ask her to file the rest so they all matched or else they would have looked ridiculously uneven. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable to the point I wanted to leave. I even apologized multiple times for asking her to file more and thanked her multiple times for making them shorter which she completely ignored. She didn't even have me rinse off my nails so when she immediately went into painting the gel on, my nails had dust and grim all over them still. My nails didn't even come out looking great, the gel is uneven and there were spots that I had to refile. She only talked to me when she was done and pretended to be nice so I would tip her, which I was going to do anyways because I'm not an asshole. She then charged me $40 instead of $35 which I was told over then phone by yen that that's how much gel manicures were. Yen was also sitting next to us the whole time and did not say anything even though she could hear and see how her coworker was treating me. This was overall a horrible experience and I will not be returning to a salon that treats customers so disrespectfully and then on top of everything up charges them. read more

Second time around here , was even better my tech was panda and she told me that she loved to do stiletto shape nails and she absolutely killed it. First time getting a pedicure, all white toes gel . And I received a wax for my toes the wax could have been better and not rushed but overall I will be back on my birthday to celebrate new nails and color . read more

I can't recommend this place enough! Yen, Anna and Tu have all been amazing. I never have an issue getting an appointment either for a pedicure or a manicure. Pedicures include hot stone massages and they have gel options. For manicures, I always get a full set and they have soooo many design options. Love it here! read more

This is a great spot if you need to be in and out fast and get a simple shape/design. I'm very particular about square nails and Kelly is a perfectionist with her shaping! Also their variety of colors is never ending! read more

Not very friendly. When nails were not done correctly and asked for assistance, they were not pleasant about assisting me. Although they eventually did fix my nails, they were not very nice about doing so and a little rude as well. read more

This place is no longer Nail Expo or changed names at some point as I have always remember seeing the sign as i Spa. This was my first time trying it out with my daughter and the people were pleasant. Linda was very attentive to my nails and took care with removing the gel that the last place caked on my finger tips. She was gentle with taking care of my calluses and trimming my cuticles. And the paint job was great too! My daughter actually told me that she had fun and liked this place. She wants to come back. read more

Came here for a full set, asked for medium length with coffin shape which I paid an extra $10 for. Ended up with short, chunky, unshaped nails and when I expressed I was unhappy she couldn't have cared less. Customer service was surely not up to par and I would never get another set here nor recommend anyone to. read more

The service here is great. The manager was so nice and did my nails. The person who did my nails was Yen and she did amazing. I swim and usually my nails come off when I swim like the first day but these didn't come off for weeks. The vibe in the store was very clean and made me feel comfortable. The nails I got were with flowers and the flowers were beautiful. Will come again. read more

I'm sure there are a ton of nail salons around Concord Pike, but I happened to give this one a shot and I will absolutely be back. It's not a super fancy place but it's nicely decorated, comfy chairs, very friendly service, reasonable pricing, seems clean and inviting. They have at least two billion gel colors to choose from - I was completely overwhelmed and went with a French manicure instead ($30). My manicurist did an extremely careful job and it looks really nice. Tools were individually wrapped and cleaned. I was very pleased! read more

I love this nail salon. I first started going here about 3 years ago and fell in love. I will never go to another salon again. It's always clean, all the technicians are so friendly, and they have so many service options. They offer reg pedicures, but they always offer spa pedi which is amazing. You can choose from around 5 different scrub scents for the spa pedi. They have more gel colors than I've seen at any other nail salon. I love it!!!!! read more

I had recently moved into the area and was looking for a new nail place. I had gone past Nail Expo several times and decided to stop in with my daughter on a Saturday afternoon. To say the least I was very disappointed in the service as well as the not so clean environment. The Staff was very standoffish and frankly the one girl was very rude. The pedicure I usually get from the other salon takes about 35-40 minutes, this pedicure took all of 28 minutes and for a French Pedicure it was an extra $5.00. When all was said and done I had to wait for someone to help me checkout. Both girls that did our nails were on there phones while I stood there to get the balance and check out. Did I happen to mention there excessive talking to each other the whole time we were there. I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone I know. read more
