Wanna give zero stars. This rant isn't about the store in general but the pharmacy area. It's gonna be a long one. I'm in my 20s n have been living in Moorestown for almost all of those yrs, while CVS (Main st.) Being our main pharmacy for most of that time. Throughout the years dealing w them for random antibiotics or whatever prescriptions needed with no prob, just fast, easy, and convenient. Now recently within the past year I've needed to be on a certain medication, nothing major, but it is a NECESSARY med for my health AND my well being, start bringing this script to them, the first few times they fill it, there's no real problems besides some eye rolling and attitude..thanks? love being judged by my local pharmacy.. W/E I shake it off...this is where it starts...I bring in my script 1day after I'd been going there for months (I go every 2 weeks actually) nd had talked to this lady numerous times, all of a sudden she has no idea who I am, what med I'm on, if I've ever been there before, after some more eye rolling, typing crazily into the computer, and running around they finally tell me a half hour. Ok whatever I leave and come bac,Needless to say I would give them over an hr everytime I dropped that script off n everytime I went to pick it up it wasn't ready yet or they forgot to enter it into the system..I had dropped it off at the drivethru 1 time only to come back 2 hours later to be told they don't even have my name in the system for a script AT ALL and then after some digging around they magically find it under some papers. My 3 favorite times were these tho....number 1: the certain kind of medication I get is taken a certain way but comes in different forms and types..I go to pick up my med one day and a different version of the medicine is printed on the bag.. My med but not the kind I take..without opening the bag as to not tamper with meds if they aren't mine or correct, I politely take them back in and say "I think you accidentally gave me tablets instead' (BECAUSE THATS WHAT WAS PRINTED, and it NEVER says that unless of course ur getting...the tablets) she gives me this look of disgust and says SO rudely "well did u even check" ..I open the the bag and they're the correct meds...OK no problem..she gives me this look like "SEE!" Doesn't even say thank u or have a nice day just treats me like I'm dirt on the floor, and im annoying, like how dare i make sure my meds are correct when THEY printed the wrong sticker. Whatever bye, Sarah.
So number 2: its snowing really badly and I can't make my doctors apt because we were in a state of emergency and they weren't open so my doctor had to call in a days worth for me BC the storm happened to fall on the day of a blizzard...okay next day I go to pick it up after she tells me its been called in...they don't have it or have any idea what I'm talking about and don't seem to really care about helping me..they just told me to call the doctor and blew me off... They were curious though as to why I was only getting one and the one girl actually asked me WHY? ...soooo ur not gonna help me find my script that was called in but u wanna know why I'm getting the amount I'm getting that I'm not even getting?!?!?!? These people are litterally so rude and off their rockers it's insane. Lastly when I finally did get ahold of my doctor which took another 24 hours which left me almost a day without my medicine and when I went to pick up the one........they made me wait 25 minutes..... 25.....to put one little thing into one little bottle and hand it to me. There was nobody else in there waiting AT ALL i could litterally watch tumbleweeds blow by, and I know they werent working on pick ups because they had enough Time to whisper behind the counter and point at me..like come onnnnn have some customer service skills just a LITTLE. They made me sit there not because they were busy but bc they just wanted to bs. They made me feel victimized and like I didn't even wanna go pick up my medication anymore for fear they were judging me and I just plainly didn't wanna deal with their BS. I started sending my father to pick up my meds to see If it was just me...nope... He had the same problem.. Never ready..always a problem, something's Always amiss never a smooth transaction, why they ask for yr phone number I don't even know because they don't use it, they wait for you to pick up ur script and then tell u its not ready, when its triple the time passed the promised time.. they say they couldn't fill it cuz they had a question!!! Well if ya called me an hour ago i could've easily answered that for you that's why we give u our phone numbers right?!?!?...needless to say I stopped going Here and have begun going to another local pharmacy where they are angels compared to this place. rant over. Rude ignorant judgemetal stuck up people, I will never have to deal with you again, you should be ashamed. read more
