They made a mistake upon billing my credit card but they did correct it right away upon reviewing my complaint. The individual who took my order gave me an incorrect price quote for one of the items (they were off by about 1/2). I found they did a good job on the actual order. They sell a hair foam with a combination of ingredients that is very difficult to get anywhere else. I would recommend this pharmacy to any patient. I suggest to make sure you get the cost in writing before giving your credit card.

If you frequent Walmarts, then you pretty much know their layout and stock - it's the same here. The main difference is that most things were well stocked and things looked generally clean. I actually found everything I needed on this trip. I hardly had any interaction with employees (which is always a good thing), but there were actually three friendly employees. Imagine that, friendly employees at a Walmart! Who'd have ever thought it was possible. Some of the aisles need to be widened, only because some customers can't seem to manage a cart and/or feel they have the right to block everyone else from accessing certain areas while they take their time. Speaking of, the customers of Walmart are typical - zombie-like, rude, oblivious, creepy, weird, smelly, clueless, selfish, and animalistic. This one had some of those, but not as many as other locations tend to harbor. This location shares the land with other businesses, but parking is pretty good space-wise. Most of the customers cause issues in the closer spots near the front, but if you park near the rear then you'll be free of that. The general area is a good one, so having an actual decent Walmart for the area is a good thing. I'd easily come back here again if I'm in the area and in need of a Walmart.

Each time I left a voicemail and never received a callback. When someone finally did call me back, the staff member only said "hello" once before abruptly hanging up. Then I called the store directly and was routed to the pharmacy, where the man answered with a noticeable attitude. He snapped that I shouldn't call back until I "know my dosage" -- even though I was simply asking if they had my medication available. His tone was dismissive and unprofessional. Pharmacies dealing with stimulant medications are already under strain from shortages and high demand. That context might explain delays, but it does not excuse this level of rudeness. If you're struggling to get your medication, spend your time calling other pharmacies--especially smaller independent ones or those outside high-traffic college areas. These tend to have more personal service and may be more helpful.

Stokes called me and stated they would prepare the prescription and paid up front over $260. After almost 2 weeks of not receiving any information or the prescription, I call Stokes for them to tell me that they ran out of the ingredients to create his medication, and had to wait for a shipment. At no time did anyone from Stokes contact me or my wife to give us this information. Nor despite claims when I called them, did they email me any information. So calling this morning they say they are in the process of making it and it would go out by Wed.. When I asked about expedited delivery since their "Running out" has already delayed my cats medicine two weeks, they declined saying "We don't do free upgrades". When I said this is not a free upgrade, this is customer satisfaction for your lack of communication and delay in the medication. I was then hung up on by Stokes. I had never heard of Stokes before this, and I will in any possible case going forward, never utilize them again.
