The one lady is older and has a hard time understanding me, which would be fine if her counterpart wasn't such a nasty bitch. I have never been treated so poorly by any office staff and I will not be returning. Its also safe to say that my FIVE brothers and sisters, their families and my father will not be returning either due to this rudeness. They are condescending and do not listen. So halfway through the eye exam, I'm having trouble with the seeing the charts and I ask if the lenses to their machine is dirty. Optometrist was not happy to find out the assistant never asked me to take out my contacts. Had to waste another 15 minutes for me to go take out my contacts and then wait again for the optometrist to get back to me. Then they ask if I brought in the prescription to my currrent lenses. Nope. No one told me I should bring those too. Jeez. The first set of contacts were not correct to my vision. Had to come back a second time to get re-tested. Then had to wait a week for the next contacts to come in. Then when I OK'd this prescription, they didn't have any available on site and had to wait yet another week for the order to come in. All told, from my first appointment to actually getting my new correct prescription, it was nearly a month. I admit it was a little frustrating.
