If you are looking for a place to spend 40 minutes or more alone and not bothered by anyone, this is your place. I literally came in. No one said hello or can I help you. I looked at frames for over 40 minutes. Both opticians saw me. The one named Luke almost plowed me over several times while he was checking out the ladies eyewear for himself too. I took pictures of the pairs of glasses I wanted to buy from all angles including the code numbers and tags. No one approached me. Although I still had an occasional dance with Luke at the displays trying not to let him back up into me many times. He was that invested in his hunt for his perfect pair of glasses. Finally I figured I would sit at the desk and wait for someone to help me. Why? Because this is how most places do it and I had never been here before. Suddenly the stranger danger alert went out by the older lady optician. Who is that over there? What is she doing sitting there? I passed by you multiple times while I was there. You overlooked me every time. Yes, that was me. I could have walked out without anyone ever talking to me had I not sat down at the table hoping someone would help me. Finally a pleasant and apologetic lady from the front desk approached me. Oh you must sign in. How would I know that? Did you want to look at glasses? No I already did that. Well you have to fill out all types of paperwork before we can help you. And the older lady optician for the first time spoke to me, yes she is correct. Thank goodness I am not invisible still. Sitting at they table made me visible finally. Needles to say, my money is not going to be spent here. They lost me and my business. I have great eye insurance and I wanted a few pairs of glasses. I just had my first appointment with Dr. Kong. After being dismissed by my previous doctor when I told him that I thought my prescription was wrong, I was ecstatic to walk out today being able to see clearly. I felt like the technician and Dr. Kong actually listened to my concerns and I received a much more thorough exam than I did with my previous eye doc. They even tested my reading vision which was never done before. Aside from the great care I received, this has to be one of the most pleasant groups of employees I have ever encountered. Both myself and my mother recently saw Dr. Gregg Abbate. Hands down we both received the most thorough exam we've ever had. I've had glasses for over 20 years and my 80 year old mother has had glasses for over 60 years. He absolutely did the best exam on both of us than we've ever had in the past. He was extremely thorough, took his time, answered all of our questions and was extremely pleasant doing all of this. He treated us like we actually mattered and didn't rush us. He performed exams that we never had done before and explained everything in detail (very informative) and was extremely patient. We'd definitely request him again. On top of that, I've been coming to your location for at least 10+ years and I look forward to seeing Digna each and every time. She is patient and treats me like I'm their top customer. She takes her time with me, never rushes me and always has a smile ready and makes me laugh. After a long day at work, that is truly needed. Most recently Dr Kim gave me answers to a situation that my eye surgeon hasn't been able to resolve in almost a year. We have been going to Moorestown Eye Associates for years. They are the best! We had a change in our insurance this year so we had to try another office that was recommended by a friend. It was awful. The dr was unprofessional, the glasses selection was so limited and the optical people barely helped at all. I eventually had to go back to Moorestown Eye to pay out of pocket to get a better pair of glasses with the right prescription. From now on, we will pay out of pocket before we go anywhere else! My husband and I was supposed to have our appointments at the same time. Unfortunately, my husband was tested Covid 19 positive 13 days before. Therefore, they cancelled both our appointments and requested both of us to have negative results before giving us an appointment. I totally understand that my husband probably needs to retest because he was sick before. But I was not sick and completely had zero symptoms. My husband had isolated himself since the day he was sick. I requested to reschedule my appointment for 3 weeks later which would be more than a month from the day i was considered to be exposed to covid 19. They still said no and insisted for my negative test regardless how far I want to reschedule my appointment. It's ridiculous. Medical doctors should have known better about the disease. It just like they ban people who has history of being exposed to Covid 19. The way they handle the pandemic disease tells me a lot about their morality and their knowledge. Both my husband and I work in healthcare field, I don't think this office sincerely wants to serve the community. It makes no sense to me that more than a month later after being exposed to Cov-19 person, i needs to prove a negative test result in order get an appointment, because at that time I can answer "no" to any question that asks within the past 14 days whether I have contacted to any one with Cov19 positive. Do you see the logic here? I was told by the receptionist that she did check with Dr. Les Friedman and the doctor told her to do so. No negative test result, no appointment, time is not a factor to this office. I would rather hear they could not see me because they were all booked than be requested to test 3 weeks later. It makes no sense to me, especially when it comes from a medical doctor. read more

Great professional caring staff and the Dr's themselves are head shakingly good. They take their time, do a complete exam, talk to you as opposed to down to you. Tried to use their on line appointment to book eye exams for myself and my 3 children. I was given the available times and doctors and booked them all back to back (during times that were showing available appointments). I received an email for one of the 4 of us, letting me know that the doctor I booked for my son was not really available but another one was. No mention of the other 3 appointments. First, why not just pick up the phone and contact me? Second, when I called them the woman who answered the phone said "well, we have been having some trouble with the on line appointments". To which I asked, if it is not working properly, maybe make mention of that on your web page or disable it until the issue is resolved. Third, I asked her if she could confirm the other 3 appointments and she said "no, we don't have any other appointments in our system". Fourth, I asked her then if she could book our appointments manually given that the system was showing availability, she said "No, we only have 2 appointments on that day, and are you a new patient?" Yes, I told her we were. At that point I was told that one of the doctors is not even excepting new patients. Everything for me was negative! ZERO help, no recommendations for an alternate date/time, just did not care! I ended the call with saying "I guess you just don't need any new business" and she replied "hahahaha, yes, we do, but that doctor is not taking any new patients and only does dry eye". For me overall it was a waste of my time, and whomever handles appointments really needs to get herself up to speed and organized! read more

I recently relocated from the West Coast w/in the last 6 months. I'm a Glaucoma & Lasik patient w/near sided issues, & an over 50 female. Dr. Kim's had her work cut out for her with my "challenges". Dr. Kim takes eye care health very seriously. She's compassionate, caring, & really listens well. She doesn't give up easy when presented w/challenges. Her thoroughness & really listening to what I have gone through, and am going through is what allowed her to discover my extensive dry eyes. She has so many tips for good eye care/health & is always accessible when questions come up. The office is beautiful, comfortable and very patient friendly. It is always busy when I'm there, but the staff never makes you feel rushed, or just a number. They truly care about each patient & treat you with great respect. They're all a true pleasure to deal with & you can tell they all support the same mission (providing excellent eye care to their patients in a calm, warm environment). This office is the worst one I've been associated with. I established my first time visit in 2018 with Dr. Kimberly Fieldman. It went well on eye exam and had my new prescripted glasses done. I came back a couple weeks later to follow up with another test and was seen by Dr. Kong. I was told that I should have another test. Which I decided not to take it because I know the condition of it since about 20 years ago. The prescripted glasses had to be redone due to blurriness when I have it on. This year 2019, I want to come back and made an online appointment through their website. Two days later I came to their office as my requested appointment and was told that I don't have any appointment with any doctors. So now I'm sitting in my car in front of their office and try to book another appointment. Their website schedule shows there is one available at 10 AM with Dr. Greg Abbate. But the message I received after requesting that appointment was "We will get back to you in 1 to 2 business days". This indicates their system is inaccurate. They just lost a patient. read more

My fiancé and I drive a good 25 minutes with no traffic to go to this doctors office. I use to work at an eye doctors office in Voorhees and would go there because it was convenient. Well we didn't know good service until we came here, the doctors are awesome, the wait is not long, everyone in here is always so nice, and the glasses selections are always awesome. I have seen Dr. Les Friedman and my fiancé has seen Dr. David who we both like a lot. I have heard good things about all the doctors here. We honestly started going here because my fiancés aunt works here and she said how great of an office this is. PS: she use to work with me at the old Dr's office in Voorhees, so she knows how that office was compared to here and has nothing but good things to always say about her job. The atmosphere at this office seems great between the employees and the doctors. All around great office, very happy with our change in eye doctors! We will not be going anywhere else but here.
