The staff couldn't have been nicer , Dr. Min Kuwas spent more than 40 minutes just talking to me, getting a clear understanding of my symptoms. The nurses administering the testing were kind and funny which was appreciated. The testing isn't unbearable but it's not something to look forward too. Dr. Kuwas came back in and explained the test results in detail so that I understood EVERYTHING before I left the office. I would HIGHLY recommend this business

Dr. Cogen really listens and takes great care to understand your history. I really appreciated that. There are far too many times a patient goes into a practice and receives super fast, conveyor belt style attention. Not here. From the time I called and the incredibly friendly Vera answered and made my appointment, I knew that this was going to be a good experience. Everyone is super nice here and seem very interested in making sure your visit is top notch. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cogen and this practice. Great experience!

He said she was so disagreeable and abrupt he asked that he only see Valerie during his appointments there to adjust his hearing aids. Very disappointed. Some people have no manners. I had a really nice experience at Haddonfield Vision. I stopped in to see if someone could help me…read moremove my lenses from my old, pretty beat up frames into a new pair I brought with me. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and happy to take a look, even though this wasn't a normal appointment or purchase. Dr. Moon was great. The screws on my old metal frames were incredibly tight, but he knew exactly what to do. He loosened them up and carefully transferred my lenses into the new frames in just a few minutes. What I thought might turn into a hassle ended up being quick and easy, and I appreciated how patient and professional he was. The whole visit reminded me why it's worth going to a good local optician. Because of how helpful everyone was, I definitely plan to come back later this year for my annual eye exam and to get new frames and progressive lenses through them. It's nice to find a place that treats people well and pays attention to the details.
