The doctors are good though everything else about the practice is not. First, there are many doctors so you cannot always see the one you want to see on a day that works for you. If you want you can make an appointment at another location to see that doctor you can though I'm not comfortable location hopping. It prevents developing a good relationship with a provider. Two, they charge a statement processing fee of $5. This means that you cannot have a charge on your account for which they send a statement because the minute the account is over thirty days old and they have to send a statement you incur a charge that most practices build into the cost of the service(s). In addition, you might not receive a bill from them for the service until after 30 have passed, which automatically necessitates a $5. charge. Three, if you have an emergency you never know which doctor you will hear from and it may be a doctor you've never seen. While I like the doctors, the administrative nightmares make it not worth it. I'm sure I can find a provider that meets my needs without all the phone calls to straighten out my bill and knowing that if I have an emergency there will be someone there I can talk to who I have actually seen. read more
