I will follow him wherever he goes. He's like family to us now. He truly cares. You're not a number or a paycheck to him. He is personal with you and takes his time to cover al of your concerns. Then vitals with a very nice M.A. (yay - manual blood pressure cuff and 116/82, thank you!) Dr. Frisoni was adorable (love her Italian accent!) & inquisitive- a true pleasure - so warm and she didn't rush me at all. In fact, she wanted to know about ME. We reviewed my history, of course, and the labs that I brought. She had a minor concern with my thyroid that Im having new TSH labs drawn for. I left with questions answered and a plan in tact. Clean, efficient office. As a Virtua employee with super high standards, I notice EVERYTHING!

Whoever she was, though, had some sort of emergency to take care of and I was still sitting in the waiting room a half hour after my appointment was supposed to be. And I'd gotten there a half hour early. So an hour in the waiting room. Dr. Renzi was on hand and "had a few moments" so he took me out of pity or kindness or both. They really didn't need to do it, especially considering I'm an out-of-towner and will probably never return, but they went out of their way to accommodate me. Once I got out of the waiting room everything was great. The nurse was quick, I hardly had to wait for the doctor, and my sample came back seemingly immediately. Dr. Renzi seemed caring but not overbearing, answered all of my questions, and put me totally at ease. I didn't even feel awkward when he asked if I was sexually active! I wish I had a doctor like this in Maryland, and if I ever find myself back in Haddon Heights (unlikely), I'll definitely know where to go.

The nurse assistants and ladies at the front are nice. I've never waited over 15 mins. Unfortunately making an appointment has became very difficult lately. Today I called three times and left two voice mails on their appointment hotline. They never call you back and you have to keep trying. Last time it took five calls to get an appointment. I have never had this issue before this year. I hope this will change soon because I really like and trust the doctors.
