Do you like waiting 2 hours for appointments? Do you like being pushed to the back burner and not…read moregetting results and ignored by receptionists? Then this place is perfect for you! Let me start with a backstory: I spent all of 2010 being sick. One of the complications I had along the way was a spike in my cortisol, which lead me to gaining weight and not being able to lose it. My doctor told me that an endocrinologist would be able to tell me what was wrong and help me further. Dr Haenel was close by and took my insurance, and also didn't have an extremely long waiting list, so I made the appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted to an overflowing waiting room that had about 9 chairs at most. The receptionists were snooty and both times I was at the counter, they continued to chat amongst themselves instead of paying attention to me or even acknowledge my existence. And forget an estimated wait time, just have a seat. After arriving 30 minutes early for filling out new patient paperwork, I still had to wait another hour past my appointment time to even be called back into the room. My first doctor(not sure of his name) didnt come in until about 30 minutes after that, but was very attentive and discussed in great detail about my illness and my high cortisol. It was obvious they were way behind but I never felt rushed. After some talking, he told me that Dr Haenel would also come in with him soon to discuss the next steps. He apologized for the wait that I had, and thanked me for being patient, and left to deal with another patient. This man deserves a trophy for his professionalism. About another 40 minutes later Dr Haenel comes in, and again apologized for the delay. He told me about his suspicions that I might have Cushings, and told me that a blood test was needed. He explained how the test worked, and how I had to fill a prescription to take medicine before this test, and double checking to make sure that I didn't have any questions or concerns. When I was satisfied, he shook my hand and had the younger doctor fill my papers. We had some small chitchat while he double checked my chart and made sure that all my info was correct, and again made sure I didnt have any questions. He told me to wait about 4 days before I called the office so that they had a chance to read my results, and we would go from there. 100% satisfied, I thanked him and sent me on my way. Both of these doctors get an A+ from me. My test was done on a Monday(Jan28). Labcorp will email you test results if you sign up on their site, so I made sure to have an account beforehand. By Wednesday, I had the results in my inbox, so I waited until Thursday before I called. Theres a special prompt that takes you to a recording to leave your info for lab results. I called and left messages Thursday, Friday, Monday, and today. Now normally, blood results arent too worrisome, but for those who don't know, a lot of Cushings patients have tumors on either their adrenal glands or their pituitary gland. Despite the fact that its not cancerous or life threatening, no patient wants to wait days on end to get in touch with their doctor to see about a CT scan to find out if they do indeed have a tumor. It took me all of 5 minutes on Google to understand and read my test results, which was showing signs of my adrenal glands having issues(most likely a tumor). If a regular patient can take 5 minuites to look it up, it shouldnt take a doctor with years and years of experience that long. I find it hard to believe that no ones had the time to give me 5 minutes of a chart review and a call. Today I refused to leave a message, and spoke directly to a receptionist (at 2pm today). She assured me that my file was in her hands at that very second, and to give her about 20 minutes and she would call me back. Its now 5pm, and here I sit writing this review instead of having any sort of piece of mind. If Dr Haenel wants his patients to respect him, then he needs to get rid of all of his receptionists. Not one of his 5 or so that I saw were smiling at patients, or generally looked like they cared to be there. Faced with the reality that I might need surgery, the last thing I need right now is a receptionist who doesnt give 2 shits about their patients and would just blow me off as a badgering patient. If I can find another doctor tomorrow, then Ill be sure to take myself elsewhere, unless this office decides to step it up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! Its ridiculous that these good doctors are instead slandered by ungrateful, rude, and disrespectful employees, who couldn't have taken 5 minutes out of their terribly busy conversations amongst themselves to at LEAST let me know when I could expect to hear from them. I can understand offices being busy and under a heavy load, but that would be excusable if this staff acted that way and actually cared. The doctors here deserve 5 stars. The receptionists dont' even deserve the 1 that I have to give by defau

I really love this medical group and I'm usually quite picky (okay, maybe anxious) about doctors…read more The front desk, A and C (not sure if I should use their full names), are really wonderful and helpful. They take the time to get to know you and make you comfortable. I'm a patient of Dr. Scott Bralow's - he is incredibly intelligent, remembers the smallest details and I always leave with a smile. He has returned my calls and helped me on weekends WHILE he is away on vacation. My brother was also his patient prior to a relocation. One Friday night three years ago, he had an emergency situation and we sped to the hospital (were in the burbs). Dr. Bralow was ON IT. Not only for my brother, but for me as well. He still asks about my brother's health and cares for his patients immensely. Dr. Bralow also deals with my particular history with delicacy. He is really quite patient with me. This is an office I trust with my health - physically, mentally and emotionally.

I have suffered under his lack of care and have had to rely on the emergency room Non responsive, no communication and zero interest in my well being. In June I had gallbladder complications. Initially went to dr scott bralow who never examined me and promptly sent me home with antacid Fast forward 4 weeks and I almost died from gallbladder complications. I have just recently been dealing with arthritis in my hip and back. I went to the emergency room since dr Scott bralow will not respond to three phone calls explaining my pain and symptoms. No response at all!!! There is nothing worse then being in pain and scared and not being cared for by "the doctor" who you depend on. Run to any other doctor , DO NOT USE DR SCOTT BRALOW Worst doctor I have ever encountered
