They take the time to get to know you and make you comfortable. I'm a patient of Dr. Scott Bralow's - he is incredibly intelligent, remembers the smallest details and I always leave with a smile. He has returned my calls and helped me on weekends WHILE he is away on vacation. My brother was also his patient prior to a relocation. One Friday night three years ago, he had an emergency situation and we sped to the hospital (were in the burbs). Dr. Bralow was ON IT. Not only for my brother, but for me as well. He still asks about my brother's health and cares for his patients immensely. Dr. Bralow also deals with my particular history with delicacy. He is really quite patient with me. This is an office I trust with my health - physically, mentally and emotionally.

I have suffered under his lack of care and have had to rely on the emergency room Non responsive, no communication and zero interest in my well being. In June I had gallbladder complications. Initially went to dr scott bralow who never examined me and promptly sent me home with antacid Fast forward 4 weeks and I almost died from gallbladder complications. I have just recently been dealing with arthritis in my hip and back. I went to the emergency room since dr Scott bralow will not respond to three phone calls explaining my pain and symptoms. No response at all!!! There is nothing worse then being in pain and scared and not being cared for by "the doctor" who you depend on. He listened to what I needed, and his pay attention to detail told me he truly cares about his patients from start to Finnish... I've seen other in and out doctors that wanted little time with you that was not his way at all he knew what I truly needed and shown his compassion to help told . Me this doctor is the best around. Can't say enough about him it's refreshing to see these days!! Will keep him as my primary Doctor now. Two all the way!!

I was also told that I should have a breast exam and annual skin tests to "keep cancer at bay." The recommendations felt unusual and left me questioning whether the guidance was appropriate for my age and situation. Another frustration came when I decided to switch primary care providers. I was told that obtaining my medical charts would cost $50, which felt unreasonable just to access my own records. Finally, the front desk experience was not great. The receptionists seemed to have very limited knowledge and often struggled to answer basic questions about policies or procedures, as well as spelling certain months and having a vocabulary consisting of "good" and "jawn"? Overall, while some patients may appreciate the clinic's assertive stance on screening and prevention, my experience left me feeling uneasy and frustrated with both the medical guidance and the administrative side of the practice.
