I was able to get to the office within the approved grace period; and I signed in at the front desk. When a front desk agent was able to start my check in they found I was in the wrong suite. They brought be across the hall to the correct office, and I was informed that I would have to reschedule my appointment because I was late. It did not matter that I was in fact in the building in time. And to be clear, the official email from the office states "Suite A and B". Changing primary care. They have lost a patient.

This is weight loss meds that should be administered weekly. We already missed one week 2) They will tell you to come back every 3 months or less for "follow up" checks. And of course, to maximize profit. 3) Bloodwork is done in their clinic which is convenient, but would charge additional for what is supposed to be 100% covered by insurance. 4) Will charge $30 for no-show, but will not send a single reminder either via text or email or call. And you can't dispute these charges. I wish I could also charge them for all the 'no-updates' and 'no-callbacks'. Already looking for a new Primary Doctor. Sigh.
