In my experience much more caring and helpful doctor's in the area. I was a former patient and wasn't there for long.

Well, I found the reality different. Liesha was nice enough, but did not seem to knowledgeable regarding the questions I'd asked about fibroids or sub-dermal AKs I've experienced. They seem to offer a lot of new-age mumbo-jumbo, feel-good services that I am not interested in, as they are rooted in "energy" medicine and I knew those were worthless. I should have made the jump and gotten out before the procedure. Procedure was not uncomfortable, but did take a good bit longer than a mammogram. Long story short: in the end, insurance would not pay ANY of the expenses (not cheap, by any means) incurred on this visit. I was misled by the business, thinking it was accepted and proven. Really nice and informed NP at the insurance company sent me copies of medical studies showing that this thermography is based on poor scientific evidence, and not accurate enough for a real medical diagnosis. My health is too important to be left to chance, and this place suckered me in with fantastic claims. Never again.

I meant to write a review, after my appointment, but forgot. Now that I need to reschedule I…read moreremembered that I wanted to do this. I had a thermographic imaging done on my breasts and neck a few years ago. Everyone knows that holistic and higher end services are very rarely covered by insurance unless you have a 'concierge plan'. They cover the basics and that's about it. Anything more you have to pay for it, that's just the way our insurance works.. If they were covered, I think a lot more people would get them and maybe not have to keep taking pills for the rest of their lives or be in poor health. I am one of those people that believes in paying for holistic services and skimping somewhere else. But what I want to say is this. I felt Leisha was professional and helpful when taking the images. Dr Getson called me with the results and I found him to be concerned and kind also which is important; especially if you are having some anxiety with a medical problem. You want a doctor who cares about your health as well as being knowledgeable and has some good answers for you. He explained the results patiently and what the different colors meant. I was also told that this testing can find early cancers 10 years in advance. With mammographies, if you have a cancerous tumor there is no advance warning. I will be making another appointment soon. I used to dread going for mammos which were very painful and potentially could causes harm. I used to hate when I would get a call from the office asking me to come back because an image wasn't clear, that scared me thinking something was wrong. I learned the mammography machines used may actually cause a tumor to metastasize due to the pressure of the machine. I heard that medical students are told never to press on a tumor because of this. Pretty scary to find this out after all these years of having mammos done.....hope this helps someone in their quest for this type of testing.

This was my 2nd visit to this facility. I ABSOLUTELY fell in LOVE with their staff (Alicia, Jenny…read moreand Natalie)!!! Although, my appointment was late at night, I didn't mind but I'm sure the ladies would have rather been at home but they NEVER showed it!!! The facility is EXTREMELY clean!! I was greeted with big smiles and friendly voices from Jenny and Natalie and they both were so helpful! Then, I had the pleasure of meeting my technologist, Alicia, and I fell in love all over again with Jefferson Outpatient Imaging!!! Alicia was SUPER friendly, very caring and helpful!! She truly cared how I felt and wanted to make sure I had a great MRI experience with them. To be honest the entire staff treated me the same way! I do recommend this facility to my family, friends and, NOW, the World too!! However, I MUST let you know I would have given a 4-Star if it was not for the services I received from Alicia, Jenny and Natalie because there is NO handicapped button to push to enter or exit to assist patients with walkers, wheelchairs or canes and there are NO grab bars to assist with getting off the MRI table or dressing room area. THANK YOU LADIES FOR A WONDERFUL, PAINFUL, and CARING VISIT!!

I called to make an appointment and found out they had an appointment 2 days out at their Marlton location. I had to admit. The Yelp and Google reviews had me worried about snarky staff and long waits. I arrived early. They are bottom floor in the Rothman Institute building. Suite 101. I checked in with no hassle. I was there about 20 minutes early and I think I was taken back five minutes after my appointment time, so not too bad. The staff member (unfortunately don't recall her name!) was great and had me in and out of the xray room in about 15/20 minutes. Then I had to wait for a cd copy in the lobby but it only took 10 ish minutes or so.

It is a main number and not this specific office. I was told the address is actually 103 OLD Medford road in another 5 miles away. I asked them to call that center to say I was on my way after getting lost. When I got there they refused to give me the MRI because the tech was going home. (the tech was still there) Yes, I was late but for a good reason. No consideration by this office, very rude and discounting a patient. I would rate it a O also. More to say but this is a brief note. If you have a choice, I would suggest use another service. From the rating I see here I am not alone in noting how dismissive they are.

They have many offices in South Jersey and maybe so much business that they don't care about customer service anymore. I had to show up to my early morning appointment only to find out that they cannot get the correct benefits information from my insurance. This is despite my efforts the day before and my willingness to work with them to get them the correct information. I had the same experience on a prior appointment where I had to waste 1.5 hours of my time for them to contact my insurance and fix their billing info. I cancelled my appointment, and I will be taking my family business somewhere else.

The office was easy to spot, well lit with lots of signage and ample parking. Upon entering the office I was welcomed by the front desk person, Gary. Gary was very friendly and quickly went through all my paperwork, provided me with a black folder and told me to take a seat. The waiting room/ lobby was huge and had plenty of seating. I only had to spend a short time here, as I was taken back within 10 minutes of my arrival. I was brought to a small room and given a paper gown. The X-Ray technician, Brain, then came and walked me back to the X-Ray room. Brain was beyond friendly and made it feel like I was catching up with a friend rather than getting an x-ray. Whenever I need radiology work- I will be coming here. Great staff, clean office, and quick service- what more could anyone want from a Radiology office? TIP: Your results will be sent to your doctor, but you can ask for a copy of your x-ray. The copy will be provided on a disk which you can view on your computer.

I tried calling back but didn't have the drive to get back in the long queue considering the amount of pain I was in. I then checked on their website and found an appointment available on the night I wanted in another location. Unfortunately, their website booking wouldn't work after several attempts so I ended up leaving a voicemail requesting that time. Eventually, I spoke to a lady who refused to give me that time and said someone else took it. Therefore, I was forced to drive out to Voorhees while feeling the effects of painkillers. Super awesome and safe. I felt pretty awful and annoyed upon arrival. The lady at the front desk was nice enough and didn't take too long to check me in. Eventually I was brought back and told to change. They then stuck me in a chair for at least 15 minutes while someone else finished their test. I find that practice SO annoying. Maybe it makes the process more convenient for them, but it's so uncomfortable for the patient. The test itself was fine, though the tech didn't offer to help me sit up when I struggled. I guess that's not part of their job. This location is clean and new, and it's good if you live near Voorhees. I just found the whole trip to be a hassle.
