I and when I showed up, I almost had a seizure trying to provide a urine sample, over 2 hours trying since this was a surprise.
As it turns out--i was NOT covered after 4 months of providing information, Horrible experience for an epileptic trying to provide a sample was not needed, instead of telling me I am not covered, they almost induced a seizure . Lies, unprofessional and they seem very confused.
