I and when I showed up, I almost had a seizure trying to provide a urine sample, over 2 hours trying since this was a surprise. As it turns out--i was NOT covered after 4 months of providing information, Horrible experience for an epileptic trying to provide a sample was not needed, instead of telling me I am not covered, they almost induced a seizure . I did go through several doctors there before discovering Nurse Paula, who I immediately liked. She's extremely caring, thorough, has excellent bedside manners and never rushes my appointments. My husband says the same about Dr. Pinto. If we ever moved away, we would travel to keep these practitioners.

I was informed by the representative that as long as I arrived within 15m I would still be able to be seen. I was able to get to the office within the approved grace period; and I signed in at the front desk. When a front desk agent was able to start my check in they found I was in the wrong suite. They brought be across the hall to the correct office, and I was informed that I would have to reschedule my appointment because I was late. It did not matter that I was in fact in the building in time. And to be clear, the official email from the office states "Suite A and B". Changing primary care. They have lost a patient.

I started going to him in 1988 when I was 40 years old. My last visit to him was in 2019 when I moved to Florida. A 31 year doctor/patient relationship unmatched by any of my doctors before or after him. Congratulations on your decision to retire. This is weight loss meds that should be administered weekly. We already missed one week 2) They will tell you to come back every 3 months or less for "follow up" checks. And of course, to maximize profit. 3) Bloodwork is done in their clinic which is convenient, but would charge additional for what is supposed to be 100% covered by insurance. 4) Will charge $30 for no-show, but will not send a single reminder either via text or email or call. And you can't dispute these charges. I wish I could also charge them for all the 'no-updates' and 'no-callbacks'. Already looking for a new Primary Doctor. Sigh.
