The only black cloud hanging over that office is their front desk receptionist. (The crazy black-haired lady who wears glasses). She acts like every person that walks up to her window is a nuisance to her time. She's very dismissive and outright rude. This isn't a one time occurrence. I've been going here for years, along with my family, and she's always been this way. I'm surprised she's lasted there this long. Good luck dealing with her if you go there.

Half the time when I call, I get a busy signal, and don't have the opportunity to even leave a voice mail. I can't believe that in 2019 I'm getting a busy signal. Sometimes I have to call 3 or 4 times before I even get through, and then I'm put on hold. Then when they finally get on the line they sound annoyed at having to speak to you. Again, the doctor is fine, he's got a great attitude and doesn't make you feel rushed, but the office staff needs improvement.

Dr. Pecarsky takes his time asking thorough questions and listens patiently as he formulates treatment options to reach a diagnosis. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, with all the skills needed from taking your vital signs to managing your insurance. Lauren and Tara have treated me like family. I truly love every member of Dr. Pecarsky's Cherry Hill Advocare Practice!

Pain meds, fibromyalgia meds, then my husband had to practically beg for bloodwork since he was becoming jaundice. The next guess was a gall stone...for which he finally referred to to another doctor. 10 days later we left the hospital with a diagnosis of stage 4 cancer, the pain having resulted from an undiagnosed tumor. Since Dr Pecarsky didn't have privileges at the hospital, we kept in touch by text...until we told him it was cancer. We received no reply, no followup, and not even a condolence card when 6 months later my husband passed away. A primary's job is to know when they are over their head and refer you elsewhere. That's not the case in this office. Buyer beware....by the time we figured it out my husband had no chance of recovery.

From the moment I walked in, he was kind, patient, and truly took the time to listen. What stood out the most was that he didn't rush the appointment--he actually wanted to understand my history, my symptoms, and how my condition has been affecting my daily life. For the first time, I felt like a doctor genuinely understood the level of pain I've been dealing with. That alone was incredibly validating and honestly a relief. He explained things clearly, answered my questions without making me feel dismissed, and approached my care with both knowledge and compassion. If you're someone dealing with chronic pain or trying to find answers, I highly recommend seeing him. It's not easy finding a doctor who really listens and cares, but this experience gave me hope. Thank you for treating me like a person, not just a patient.

Great care -- Knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate staff. I have been going there for years…read moreand when it switched over to Jefferson I had to face the change or go elsewhere. To my surpise -- I found the change not only easy but improved in some ways. Seems more up to date and the care is excellent, appointments are extremely easy to schedule, communication is great and records well coordinated between all my providers. Always very helpful with my questions/ concerns and recommendations/referrals -- all spot on. Treatment great. And they have an office to do blood work and testing at the location! -- what a delight -- have not had to make a separate trip to an outside location for Lab Corp or Quest tests as I had to in the past when it was the prior office. I see the same person (Alexandria -- and was delighted to see she is very highly rated when looking at reviews of actual practitioners) -- she is fantastic. That was not always the case before -- before it was Jefferson I saw at least three different there -- all were good but it was often who was available and as such I feel none got to know me well -- which is also important. That said everyone I have encountered there is top notch. This review is based on over a dozen visits there in past four years. (And the 15 prior years were very good -- but this is a different practice now) I understand some people did not like when the office changed over and their old providers left. I have given it time and after I adjusted to the change and got to know the new staff I actually prefer it more now (and the old practice was very good). Highly recommend the current practice for any one looking for a dependable and excellent group.
