They take the time to get to know you and make you comfortable. I'm a patient of Dr. Scott Bralow's - he is incredibly intelligent, remembers the smallest details and I always leave with a smile. He has returned my calls and helped me on weekends WHILE he is away on vacation. My brother was also his patient prior to a relocation. One Friday night three years ago, he had an emergency situation and we sped to the hospital (were in the burbs). Dr. Bralow was ON IT. Not only for my brother, but for me as well. He still asks about my brother's health and cares for his patients immensely. Dr. Bralow also deals with my particular history with delicacy. He is really quite patient with me. This is an office I trust with my health - physically, mentally and emotionally.

Initially went to dr scott bralow who never examined me and promptly sent me home with antacid Fast forward 4 weeks and I almost died from gallbladder complications. I have just recently been dealing with arthritis in my hip and back. I went to the emergency room since dr Scott bralow will not respond to three phone calls explaining my pain and symptoms. No response at all!!! There is nothing worse then being in pain and scared and not being cared for by "the doctor" who you depend on. I was confirmed for this appointment. - Arrived and was told they don't have flu shots yet for the season and don't know when they will. Complete waste of my time. - I advised they update their appointment scheduling procedures so they don't schedule flu shots before they are ready to administer them. The receptionist looked at me like I was stupid and said they can't do anything about that, it just depends when flu shots are ready nationally (that wasn't my question). - Before I discovered they don't have flu shots, the routine front desk check-in experience was bizarre. I was asked if my information (address, etc) had changed but had to ask twice for examples of my information on file so I could verify it hadn't changed. Then I was told to go around the corner, but there was no waiting area there, so I had to go back and ask a second time where to go. Super strange.

I was informed that I had to come in to be seen which makes perfect sense if you want to be correctly treated for any malady. I was given an appointment for the same day & seen immediately upon arrival in the office. The Staff is always so professional, welcoming & pleasant. Upon meeting Dr. Zacharias, he went straight to business, examining & asking pertinent questions.He provides extremely Qualified, truly Compassionate Care? He diagnosed My problem , gave me instructions & called in my prescriptions. I was in & out within an hour and now I am on my way back to work, feeling 85% better after 5 days of treatment, getting increasingly stronger. I strongly dislike going to the Dr office, I don't have the time, or energy; however, if you need to go .. there is not a better experience than the one I recently went through. After many years of putting up with the incompetence and inability to get an appointment i have…read moredecided to move on to a new provider. I have found the support staff to be rude and uncaring. When trying to make an appointment for an annual wellcare visit the answer is always that there are no openings or the schedule is not out yet. I have not seen my PCP in 2 years, only a PA. I have tried to be understanding, and have complained but nothing has changed. I do not recommend them.
