She was booked for 2 months, but there were other physicians at her practice, Hahnemann Internal Medicine, who could see me within a week. I decided to go with Dr. Jane Fitzpatrick and see what happened. When I arrived this morning, the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. I got there about 15 minutes before my appointment time, and I was seen within 20 minutes. The nursing staff was as friendly as at any other practice I've ever been to. After being placed in a room, I only waited about 5 minutes for Dr. Fitzpatrick. She was extremely nice and listened to all of my complaints. She didn't make me feel like any problem was too big or too small. Her bedside manner was great, and she definitely took her time to talk with me. I had a very positive experience and I will definitely keep her as my GP.

Most other doctors have never even heard of it. He always returns calls promptly. Always on time for your appointments. I've been trying to get a simple form filled out for my employment onboarding and after nearly a month of calling and messaging nearly every day, I still haven't received it. Despite repeatedly explaining that this form is required for me to begin work, every time I call I'm told they'll "send a message" to the person responsible. Nothing ever happens after that, absolutely no updates, no follow-through, and no sense of consideration. As someone who has worked in healthcare, I would never put a patient through this. The lack of communication and basic respect from the office staff has been frustrating and honestly unacceptable. It's a shame, because the clinical care was excellent, but the administrative side is severely lacking.

I was told to follow up w my primary doctor which I did not have at the time. I scheduled an appointment w Dr. Johnson provided her the ER paperwork n RX bottle she refused to assist me with my panic attacks. She was brief w my medical history and showed lack of concern. I scheduled an appointment with a Psych two weeks later. During that period I suffered massive panic attacks and was completely miserable. The office would not help me and referred me back to the ER. Now I am stuck with a $200 ER bill for a diagnosis that could have been treated by Dr. Johnson and the office. This gave me the reassurance that I wouldn't have to beg for the test that I wanted if I ended up wanting to take it and was willing to pay for it.
