Great care -- Knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate staff. I have been going there for years and when it switched over to Jefferson I had to face the change or go elsewhere. To my surpise -- I found the change not only easy but improved in some ways. Seems more up to date and the care is excellent, appointments are extremely easy to schedule, communication is great and records well coordinated between all my providers. Always very helpful with my questions/ concerns and recommendations/referrals -- all spot on. Treatment great. And they have an office to do blood work and testing at the location! -- what a delight -- have not had to make a separate trip to an outside location for Lab Corp or Quest tests as I had to in the past when it was the prior office. I see the same person (Alexandria -- and was delighted to see she is very highly rated when looking at reviews of actual practitioners) -- she is fantastic. That was not always the case before -- before it was Jefferson I saw at least three different there -- all were good but it was often who was available and as such I feel none got to know me well -- which is also important. That said everyone I have encountered there is top notch. This review is based on over a dozen visits there in past four years. (And the 15 prior years were very good -- but this is a different practice now) I understand some people did not like when the office changed over and their old providers left. I have given it time and after I adjusted to the change and got to know the new staff I actually prefer it more now (and the old practice was very good). Not even worthy of 1 star!!! My family and I have been going to the same office for the last 50 years!!!! Now that Dr Riddila and Dr Runfola are gone. Never will I set foot in there again! My sister who thru the years has been thru terrible medical issues and has done amazing. She was told to go meet the new women Dr. Who I wil not even mention her name! (But the only women Dr ) told my sister basically w her problems she only has this much time to live! Who the hell has the right to say such a ridiculous statement ! What a complete AH!! When it was Haddonfield Family Practice, they were great - Dr. Runfola was a personable and helpful physician. Now that he's left and it has switched to Jefferson Health, the practice has fallen apart. No response on tests, more concerned about billing codes than patients. I went in at the end of October for prescription refills, and the eRx was never sent. 3 weeks and 3 follow-up phone calls later, I still don't have a prescription and I'm out of my medication. No return call, no questions, nothing. The only reason this isn't 1 star is because when I showed up early for my appointment after a long, long working weekend, they saw me right away and the desk staff was extremely friendly. read more

I think this was by far the worst experience at a doctor's office that I have ever had. I went to the doctor because I kept choking when swallowing and ended up leaving being told to go to an ENT... without the doctor ever looking in my mouth!!!! Beside that, she was incredibly rude. She truly was the rudest person I have ever encountered in the medical field. I will say that the office staff was kind and courteous and everyone seemed to be working hard. I have been shocked by how bad the staff is at what was once known as Haddonfield Family Practice now Jefferson Redman ave. Never get a call back. Not once and a while .... never. Only way to get through on phone is to act as a new patient. Given conflicting information on how to schedule a blood test then given paperwork of another patient for a blood test. Also staff spoke of other patients while I was there. After deciding to leave and asking for my records, told it could take a month to get them. Seeing new Dr. at another practice. read more

The old Haddonfield family practice was great. The new Jefferson group doctors seem to be very good. However the office is absolutely terrible at returning phone calls - basically, they do not, even though the phone calls are important for someone like me, age 72, trying to find out whether I need a pneumonia shot or a pneumonia booster or not. I have left messages four times and I still have not been called back. The appointments, though, go very well. Jefferson Health Doesn't Understand Primary Care I had three appointments at Redman Ave. starting in Oct. 2019. I just switched back to Advocare yesterday. The doctors and nurses at Jefferson are fine. The poorly trained administrative staff and poor communication are the biggest issues. Jefferson Redman Ave. made a billing mistake. I was told I had to call the billing office (a 3rd party) and I had to be firm with the billing office to get my money back. Jefferson made the billing mistake and they refuse to fix the issue. Depending on who you call at extra large Jefferson, you get a different answer to every issue. Awful. I made an appointment for a well visit but was never given my script for blood work. I called to ask about a script. The person on the phone seemed clueless and asked me what was supposed to be on the script. At the beginning of the pandemic, I was REALLY sick for three months. I called to make an appointment. The person on the phone could not provide any COVID-19 guidelines and simply said it is up to me if I want to make the appointment or not. I went to the appointment and wasn't given a mask in the waiting room. They didn't even ask if I had a fever (I did). The nurse who took me back was a little disturbed by the intake process and was kind enough to give me a mask. The Redman Ave. location has a stench of mold and mildew. I usually start to get a sinus headache when I'm there. The Redman Ave. location (an old house) isn't designed for high volume. The checkout area is usually clogged with patients and incoming patients can't get through. read more

The doctors here are great, unfortunately their office staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They act like it's a major inconvenience just for them to do their jobs. I get an attitude every time I call to renew a prescription and they treat the patients like they're bothersome children that they don't have time to deal with. *I'm editing my review because the staff has been way nicer over the last year or so. Awful! Awful AWFUL!! I am an existing patient. Actually no longer after today. Called to try to schedule a visit with a doctor today because I think I may have the flu. When the receptionist answered I gave her my symptoms and history. Her immediate response "we are booked today and you will have to go to Urgent Care." She didn't even offer for me to speak to a nurse at any point today. I am feeling so awful that I didn't have the energy to ask why should I go to urgent care if I have a primary doctor? I then called back and clarified that I am an existing patient and asked her why there are no openings for those patients who request same day visits. Her response "we're booked" No apology, no empathy... They just lost a patient. They don't even deserve a star. Again AWFUL! read more

This is an exceptional group practice with caring and up-to-date physicians. It has been the highest quality of care I've received and I've been around a half a century. They know what they're doing. As for the staff, and in response to another review I read... I've never heard, seen nor experienced any rudeness. Professionalism straight down the line. I've been going here for years and just haven't seen that sort of behavior, not even once. I can only assume someone must have been having a bad day. We are all humans, yes? Not only would I recommend this practice to friends and family, I already have. And each person genuinely thanked me after meeting with their new doctor. i give this practice 5 solid stars. my family signed up with them when we moved to cherry hill in like 1991 i think, and we've been going to them ever since. it's nice to go to a "family" practice because there is no need to switch from a pediatrician when you reach a certain age. i've always seen dr. vick or dr. ridilla, both are great. they are really nice and actually listen to you. the staff is great too. it has a small-business feel to it and they take pride in their work and their appearance... lots of fine art and paintings in the rooms. they will always give you samples if you ask and i've never had a problem getting in to see someone. also they go above and beyond.... if you're having a serious problem and need to speak with your doctor when he's out of the office, they will connect you with him at his home. i was really impressed by that! haddonfield family practice is great! read more

Disgusted with the service and quality of care at this office. My husband made a new patient well/ preventative visit and they charged him for having a family history of cardiac problems... I've never heard of such a thing! They must be hard up for cash. read more

Dr. Vick is a cold, uncaring, and has a poor bedside manner. I went to him most of my teenaged life, and I never felt like he was great, but I also didn't know any different. When I came back to the area after college, and I began going to him again. He wrote off any concern I had and would always say I sounded "depressed." A month after my first child was born, I woke up one more in excruciating pain all over my body. Days went by, and it got worse instead of better. I went to Dr. Vick so confused and scared. The only words he had for me was that nothing seemed to be physically wrong with me and he felt I was making it up so that I didn't have to go back to work to stay home with my son. I was floored. I decided from that day forward, I would never be his patient again. And after becoming my own advocate and making appointments with almost every doctor under the sun, I finally ended up in a rheumatologist office and was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Doctors aren't always right, and Dr. Vick was no exception. read more

Extremely rude staff at front desk. My husband had been on a medication which now needed an authorization, with a change in his insurance. After leaving several voicemails(for 2 weeks)with their clinical department, which I was always transferred to--- and getting no returned phone call, I was pretty fed up and asked for an answer with the front desk as to what the hold up was. She said that they only do authorizations and I directly quote "when they get around to it" and that "she didn't know what to tell me" about no one returning my call,and when I asked what my option was at this point since this was an important medication she said and I quote--- that "if it was that important we could just pay full price for the medication"(which is $350)!!! Even though this is an insurance they accept and are in network provider for. I have no idea how this is even legal! They were so rude and unprofessional. Not only that- but what office goes on 2 hour lunch breaks (12-2) every day where no one is accessible? And they dont return phone calls. What is even funnier and what drove me to write this review---my coworker was complaining to me just today about her doctors office who was unwilling to speak with her insurance company to resolve a claim(which her insurance company has approved and is willing to pay for) and is now sending her to collections--(Haddonfield family practice told her "they dont talk to insurance companies and that she has to figure it out on her own") I am not exaggerating any of this! When she said they never call me back and they are gone for 2 hour lunch breaks, I said-- you must go to Haddonfield Family Practice--and sure enough she does. Unbelievable! Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other doctors office. They are rude, unprofessional, not helpful and I really do not know how they get away with this type of protocol. read more

I have elderly parents who have lived in Haddonfield all of their lives. They are both patients of Dr. Ridilla. In the last 3 months, they have been misdiagnosed, improperly treated with inappropriate, unneeded antibiotics. A complaint of burning with urination and a urine specimen was never checked, just given a very strong antibiotic, in an 80 year old immunosuppressed woman. They made her so sick she could not stand nor lift her head from the pillow. They also gave he an antacid for blisters in her mouth and she had shingles. My father, who is 83, had a visit this week for severe left flank pain and a history bladder cancer metastasis. All we asked for was an xray. Dr Ridilla, again prescribed a strong antibiotic for diverticulitis. No history of fever , nausea, vomiting or intestinal problems, no physical assessment done and no xray to confirm diagnosis. He does, however have a history of heart and kidney disease. The antibiotic he was given so indiscriminately says to use caution with both these conditions!!! Their staff is possibly the rudest bunch I've ever had to deal with! Citizens of Haddonfield BEWARE!!! I wouldn't take an animal to this practice! read more
