Whoever she was, though, had some sort of emergency to take care of and I was still sitting in the waiting room a half hour after my appointment was supposed to be. And I'd gotten there a half hour early. So an hour in the waiting room. Dr. Renzi was on hand and "had a few moments" so he took me out of pity or kindness or both. They really didn't need to do it, especially considering I'm an out-of-towner and will probably never return, but they went out of their way to accommodate me. Once I got out of the waiting room everything was great. The nurse was quick, I hardly had to wait for the doctor, and my sample came back seemingly immediately. Dr. Renzi seemed caring but not overbearing, answered all of my questions, and put me totally at ease. I didn't even feel awkward when he asked if I was sexually active! I wish I had a doctor like this in Maryland, and if I ever find myself back in Haddon Heights (unlikely), I'll definitely know where to go.

His office staff is clearly the most incomparably of office staffs I have ever encountered. The billing office decided to stop sending me a bill after two months of sending a bill then sent me to collections with no notice. I can't pay a bill I didn't receive. When I calle to talk to them they said that I would be getting bills from a collection agency. Really why did you not send me a bill from your office. Way to be really good at doing your job geniuses! Do not use this office unless you want to deal with collection agencies and put your credit in danger because the office is to lax to send you a bill.

She will take the time to make sure you are heard, and she is never pushy with treatments. I consider myself to be a 'high-maintenance' patient (always think there's something wrong haha) and she is never irritated by my messages on the portal. I really recommend seeing her!
