This review is for the office staff. I called in October and spoke to Briana and was told that the…read morefirst available appointment would be November 30th at 11:15am. I made the appointment and received the new patient paperwork in the mail about a week later that had to be filled out. I confirmed my appointment on November 25th and again on November 28th. I then got a call from Briana on November 29th asking me the reason for my visit. I asked her to confirm who she was and if she was a nurse as I wasn't sure why after I had just spoken to her the day before to confirm that she was now calling me asking me why I was coming in. She advised they had to reschedule me due to a conflict and the next available appointment wasn't until December 29th. I told her that was not acceptable as I had already waited a month. She asked me if there was something wrong that I needed to see a doctor now, I told her that I haven't been to the doctor in a few years and needed to be seen as soon as possible. After some back & forth, both of us with attitudes she said to just come in and the call was ended. I called back about an hour later because I felt bad about how the call went. I spoke to Naomi who was really nice and confirmed that I still had my appointment set for the following day. I told her to apologize to Brianna for me as I didn't mean to give her attitude. So then on November 30th at 10:15am I get a call from Brianna telling me that my appointment has to be cancelled due to the conflict and that she was just informed by the office manager. I asked her what the conflict was, is the doctor sick? She asked me to hold and put the office manager on the phone. I don't remember her name, but she told me that a new doctor was supposed to start but that it didn't work out so Dr. Santoro couldn't handle all the appointments. I asked her when they realized this as I had just spoken to Briana on Monday to confirm and there were no issues and if there was no way possible I was to be seen today that I should have been told that yesterday so I didn't waste a day off from work. She said that she would try to get me into another location and call me back soon. I guess what happened next is my fault because I didn't confirm if it would be for that same day. I got a call 3 hours later telling me that I could be seen at the Sewell practice but not until Monday. This was not acceptable as I could not take another day off from work. At this point, I told them that I was not going to deal with this practice anymore and that it's a shame how they handled this situation.

Can i have a confirmation number...no..never supplied one. Said it wasn't necessary.had to ask het to send it again. This went on for two yrs she made my and my sons life hell. I had manager investigate to make sure it wasn't their staff...it wasnt. So. The phlebotomist doesnt know how to properly use a fax either.. Mayb ill get a disability lawyer and sue het butt for making our lives a living hell. Ill check it out tomorrow. Theres one here right in the city. By the way people.. If u bring ur childten there..they will b yelled at.thetes only one person worth her grain of salt......joanne. Awesome person. She actually clued is in to what she does with the fax. All i know is in Massachusetts..this crap never wouldve happened. Healthcare here leaves alot to b desired.ya know the worst thing...shes been messing with my sons care. Hes on a state regulated med and it had to be done this way. She also knew if he ermt off his meds he would b hospitalized. She couldnt have cared less and always gave me a hard time. Which did nothing but hurt my son. If u need blood drawn go to a lab people please. This eoman doesnt know what shes doing. I googled it....shes putting every patient she draws blood from at risk of other peoples diseases...hep c etc. And doesnt care.

If you can get passed the garbage on both sides of the waiting room walls for an hour or so the drs are always helpful!
