I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Chung and his team 10 years ago after a car accident that…read moreresulted in serious injury that other doctors thought could only be cured by invasive surgery. i did not feel right about opening my body up and the chung institute was recommended by a family friend. without surgery and within a few months, his team was able to restore my body back to where it was prior to the accident. than 5 years ago Dr. Chung literally saved my life. I was having debilitating migraines that would last for days and would happen several times a month. I went to renown neurologist after neurologist with no answers and no relief from the pain. I could not work or be a productive member of life. My life during these migraines consisted of wasting away in my bedroom in pain. during these migraines i lost sight in my one eye, could not correlate words and absolutely no pain mediation helped. Even narcotics which doctors handed me a lot of in hopes of elevating the symptoms. I figured Dr. Chung restored me to health once before maybe he can again. i blame myself for not going to Dr. Chung sooner. he did not stop until he found the root cause of what was going on and dedicated himself towards making sure that these migraines stopped. Once he figured out the problem, within two months of treatment my migraines went away completely. that was four years ago and I live each day thankful that i am one of dr chung's patients. i owe him my life. i highly recommend him and his team to everyone! Dr. Chung and his team are the most dedicated and compassionate medical professional i have ever encounter (and I have encountered many). thank you Dr. Chung for all that you do!

Thats why I was so disappointed when I went to my follow up appointment and got Vince. The ablation I got worked great. The day I went I was in a great deal of pain with bursitis and neck pain. Then I tried to call the office manager after I left but she didn't get on the phone, or call me back. The first girl who answered took it upon herself to make threats about trying to get pain medication from more than one place! She didn't listen at all and had zero empathy. Honestly I felt like I was robbed of my copay. I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. I would love to hear Dr P( long Polish name) was in his own practice now. They said that only one of my 2 pain meds showed up in my urine specimen. That couldn't possibly be…read morecorrect. I take my meds religiously. Ever since they merged with the new pain management company, they've had problems with me for some reason. They tried to get me off of their service 10 months ago but their reason was a joke and they backed off. Well, they tried it again and told me I had a find another doctor. I asked them for the results of my specimen. I've called the medication line 4 times in the last 3 weeks and left the same message but as of yet, no response. So, what are they hiding? What are they afraid of ? I believe that ever since they new company took over, they wanted me off of their service because of the amount of pain meds they were prescribing to me for 5 years. So they made up this story that one of my meds wasn't in my sample. They told me to find another pain management doctor!! Well, it's not that easy. A new doctor thinks all the reasons I need a new doctor is because of misuse of my meds!! That's not accurate so now I have to go through horrible pain and back to living in my bed!! I've contacted my attorney to look into this nightmare of mine. I'm convinced that the new company wasn't happy with how much pain meds I was having and got worried about themselves so they made up a reason to get rid of me. My spine is fused on 7 vertebrae into my hip bones. I didn't have a cut on my finger!!

What's the first name?". She went on to tell me how I couldn't ask to get an A1c because they're only ordered once a patient is a diabetic even though the last glucose was above normal (btw, according to the latest 2021 ADA guideline and the previous years, FPG 100-125 is one of the criteria for prediabetes), and he is above 45. She said to just eat better, watch the carbs and it should be fine. I don't appreciate how she was giving medical advice when she's not a healthcare provider. We gave her the respect when she spoke, however, when it was my turn to talk, she constantly interrupted me with her loud, crude tone. There's only so much unprofessionalism I can take before I responded- and yes, I reciprocated. From what I heard, the doctor is great and caring, but the staff could use some sensitivity training and allow patients and caregivers to talk instead of treating us like sub-humans.
